            I vacated my apartment at the Reagan At Bear Creek on September 19, 2022 after coming to a mutual agreement that I could end my lease early due to a safety concern. It was agreed that the Reagan At Bear Creek will refund approximately $1,050 to me via check within 30 days of leaving the property. I have asked the property manager for an update on multiple occasions and she continuously states that she doesn't know where the check is and that the "mail is unpredictable these days" as the reason for me not receiving the check yet. I have received conflicting information from her regarding the process of receiving the check including that I would receive an email, a phone call, or not be reached out to at all. As far as I'm concerned the Reagan At Bear Creek and its management have stolen my refund check by not issuing it in a timely manner.

            My lease ended 2-20-23 a 60 day notice was given 12-20-22. I spoke with the leasing agent on 2-3-23 and asked what was the charge for my last months rent as my move out date was 2-20-23 and was quoted $1321. Upon move out keys were left in the apartment unit and on 2-21-22 my partner went to turn in keys and was approached by a very rude leasing agent saying she had called several times and said we vacated without notice and we owed a balance of $4678. When asked for the corporate phone number leasing agent replied they will just direct your call back to us. However notice was given and payment arrangements had been made. I later received a phone call from manager and said if she receives $1807 by 6pm it would satisfy the agreement. Very bad customer service from leasing agents. I would not recommend living at this community.
