- Additional Info:November 9, 2012, BBB conducted a physical inspection of the business to check if the AS IS Buyers Guide required by the State of Texas was posted on the window of each vehicle. BBB sent a letter to the business requesting for all vehicles to have the Buyers Guides posted on each vehicle and to respond to the BBB regarding this request within 10 business days. The business did not contact the BBB. A second inspection of the vehicles was conducted and some vehicles did not have the Buyers Guide posted on the windows.
