I've had several apointments here. All of them have been horrible. The staff that set you up for the sleep apoointments do not know what they are doing so they wake you up several times during the study because they have not put the patches on you correctly. The staff at the front desk are extremely rude. I got a CPAP in March and I am supposed to receive filters. It's June and still haven't received a filter and I can't use my machine because it is telling me a need a filter. I keep on calling them and they say they are going to call me back. This has been going on since March. Everytime I call there the staff are extremely rude. I don't understand why they have an attitude when they are taking my money. *************************************************************** ******

Regarding being awaken several times during the study; the performance of an overnight sleep study requires the application of over 20 wires in different parts of the body, the potential for any one of those wires to get disconnected is dependent on the number of times the customer changes body position through the night. These events need to be addressed to maintain the quality and integrity of the test. While inconvenient those issues are inherent to the procedure itself and cannot be avoided.
Services for CPAP machines and filters are provided by a different company that specializes in providing services to active-duty military and their dependents and are not provided by Sonno Sleep Center. Please contact the CPAP company directly for assistance.

The reply back from this company is demeaning and disrespectful. I am not incompetent and know what I'm talking about even as they continue to deflect and make erroneous comments and claims. The woman who came to constantly remove and replace the pads during my sleep study did not do it because "I was asleep." This happened multiple times before I even fell asleep -this is why I commented on it in the first place. During another one of my sleep studies, I was woken up several times to move these pads and I had no problems with that because the person explained it was to study my sleep patterns in different positions. Why is this company trying to act like I did not understand what was going on in my own sleep study? Why would I lie about something as serious as my own sleep study experience? I have spoken to multiple people from this company, and I have never been told that there is an unpaid bill. I guess you are talking about me being on *******. Regardless of me paying you or ******* paying you, your company still got paid for services. If not this then maybe I guess you are talking about my own sleeping equipment. I have not said that my own sleeping equipment has caused me any issues besides the issues I had receiving it when I called the supplier and they said they had never received the prescription faxed to them until a month after my appointment and me calling three times to ask for you to resend it countless times. This company made multiple mistakes. Just admit and apologize instead of coming up with all these demeaning excuses. *********************************************************** Retrain your employees and stop trying to deflect from your mistakes. The only reason I finally decided to write this review was after talking to multiple staff on the phone and having rude and unprofessional experiences with them - being rude and talking over me because I had questions and talking to me with an attitude. We are all human, I could see if I had got an attitude first and then they decided to get an attitude, but initially having an attitude and talking to me like I'm crazy because I'm calling with questions is strange to me.
