            Purchased a $7500 refrigerated air conditioner unit on 6/26/15, and after that first summer passed the problem started. By the second summer 2016 air was not blowing cold, I called they sent the tech after numerous attempts to communicate with them- they put Freon and all was good. By summe 2017 again, air was not blowing cold. Numerous attempts to communicate, finally after several missed appointments the tech came and put *****, all was good. Summer 2018, same thing. At this time after numerous attempts to communicate I spoke to ********* the owner and told him -there's obviously a leak. Summer 2019, Summer 2020 (my son was actually leaving with us) he called, and finally wrote a review and sent an email and finally he answered. Same thing, put Freon only. Them summer 2021 took over 25 times to get the tech to come, it took my son telling him in an email that he would take him to court. Owner then promised to be here in June to take care of the leak, still nothing.

            We had to take it upon ourselves to get some other company to come fix the problem. They never answer any of your calls, if by some miracle they do answer, they promise to show and never do. Upon installation they did a hacked up job, including skipping very important areas and not installing the necessary parts to have the unit work properly. We had to pay out of pocket for the parts and labor needed to finally get the unit working. We were so close in tearing the whole thing out. Quality Air promised filters which they never provided as well. Promotions were never given when they still have commercials promising this. Avoid this company at all costs. Don't go with this company. Investigate! Don't fall for their false work. Go with the underdog services around you. They will get the work done.
