this company came to fix a problem with my washing machine. They MOVED all of my furniture out of the way to get access and use the opening for the auger. Although they moved the items they REFUSED to come back and move them back. One item moved is a 70 year old mirror. When I called to request they come back to move everything back they refused saying it was a curtesy. Be very, very careful using this company. They do terrible work (my original issue was not repaired and they refused to take care of it) AND they moved everything and REFUSED to move it back. All potential customers should be very cautious about using this company.

We went out to this customers home through a WO from the customers home warranty company, ***** ********. We unclogged the washer and up until now have never been made aware that the drain is not working properly. We would never refuse to return to check a job that we have completed. Through this homeowners home warranty company, the homeowner has an option to call in a "recall" work order without being charged another service fee which will send us out to the customers home to check our repair. Unfortunately we do not know there is an issue until a homeowner makes us aware of it. If the homeowner decides to issue a recall with her home warranty company we will be glad to go out and check our repair. We have spoken with the homeowners home warranty company and they are refusing to pay to move anything back advising the homeowner should have been billed for the access to begin with. We advised the homeowner her home warranty company was not paying for gaining access and advised we would not bill our time for gaining access as a courtesy but since her homewarrany did not want to cover for any type of access we would have to charge her our time if she wanted us to put everything back. The homeowner refused. Unfortunately we have no control over what the home warranty company covers or doesn't cover.

This company was made aware that the washing machine had not drained BEFORE they left my home. I literally spoke to the workman who came out to the house and the manager on the telephone about the fact that the washing machine had NOT drained. I spoke to my home warranty company and they told me NOT to contact them and it would be followed up by them. As far as my furniture, the, company moved it all out of the way without my consent. It was moved before I even walked into my garage. (They called this a courtesy). They also informed me that I should NEVER cover the access point to the drain as it made it difficult to get to. Two points--they moved my items, including a 70yo mirror without my consent. I was not even in the garage when they chose to move my items. They did NOT complete the job in spite of me informing them that my item had not drained and asking them to stay to make sure their "repair" had been completed. They DID NOT complete a job, they DID NOT verify that the initial job they came out for was completed. I informed them both while they were at my house and on the telephone that it was not working. It was not completed and there was NO attempt to complete it. On top of that they items moved were valuable to me and they did not have my consent to move them.
