            I paid it he business about $78.77 for my 2 dogs who got groomed, I called around 12:00 pm Friday 10/29/2021 to see if I could take my dogs around 1/1:30 and they said yes! So I went around 1:15 pm and the girl up front said no they weren't taking dogs And I said I just spoke to a man and he said yes so she leaves to find out who called and she yells in Spanish "NOT ME I DON'T WANT THEM" which alone was rude and unprofessional. The man said sorry and yes they will take them. I pick them up and get home and notice my dog crying and licking himself to see he's all full of cuts and ***** all over his paws and under his armpit! This is ridiculous and unprofessional!! To them it might just be a dog but to me they're so much more!! This place needs to be shut down because I am not the only one with this horrible experience!! They also thought it was funny to put my dogs ***** and cuts we their cover photo on ******** which I attached a screenshot as well!

            Terrible place to take your dogs. The last 2 times they tell me the price and when I go to pick up my dogs they triple the price. They said $30 dollars per cocker spaniel then I pick them up and the bill changes to $135 and tells me it was a mistake they are considering them a large dog????? A small cocker spaniel is a large dog. **** * *** *** *** **** ** ***** ** ** *** ****** *** **** ******** ******* ****** **** *** **** **** **** ****** ************** *** ***** ** * **** ****** Never again. ***** * ***********
