    Dealer does a very poor job of safety review of vehicle. We dropped off my daughters 2013 Elantra and after 2 days they said it was good to go. When we went to pick it up first thing I saw was a bubble on the front tire. It was on the outside of the tire, not on the inside where it would be easily missed. They said wow, we missed that. We had specifically asked them to check the vehicle over because my daughter was going on a long trip the following day. I tried to contact the dealer via their site over a week ago, and asked them to get back to me, and not to my surprise, they have never reached out to me. Very poor customer service and lack of pride from the service department.

    Bought my 2023 Hyundai Tucson from ****************** lot bran new. My experience with the service department was not good. Told them there was a problem with coolant overflow reservoir cause it spilled out over the engine bay Fender well . Was told , overfilled , from factory? They checked it cleaned engine bay , forgot to was the mess off the exterior. Pointed it out to service manager. I decided to change oil myself since I'm 80 miles from them. Found fasteners missing on access panels.Wouldn't have known if I didn't do it myself. Never had a new car with warranty. I've always serviced my cars myself. Doing the work myself , keeping documentation, receipts.

    I took my daughter's 2007 Hyundai Azerra to these folks for service. In and out of the service for several months and $2000 later, the problem remains. My car has been in service for three months now with all kinds of excuses given.

    *************** brought vehicle in with aftermarket fobs to be programed as well as keys. we were able to cut one key due to it being the correct size. we tried to reprogram the fobs to the vehicle and was unable to program several times. We then contacted hyundai techline in assitance with vehicle. we ran severeal electrical diagnosis to pin point faulty item. We found the ecm to be faulty and had to look for a viable replacement as the ecm from hyundai was no longer available has been discountiued. we purchased an ecm that ended up being lost. we then found another one but had a broken connector on it for the harness to connect to We were sent a replacement for that one that we now need to send out and have it wiped and reflashed so that it will contain the correct vin number to the vehicle so that any future update will be allowed. We are currently waiting on an email for shipment and payment for re-flashing of ecm

    I took vehicle for a simple recall & state inspection. I was informed my car would not pass inspection unless I got new brakes and rotors. I paid about $650, when I picked up my car a week later, I heard a thumping noise coming from the front engine bay. I returned the vehicle to have thumping noise fixed because it didn't feel safe. The service advisor assigned, ******* ********, took about three weeks to send a message informing us that repairs would be about $2800 + tax to fix bad struts & control arms. While ******* was supposedly "working" on my car, I had been trying to contact him but he never returned my calls. I didn't understand why I had to pay for something that started after I bought "new brakes & rotors". I finally called & spoke with ****** ******* (Service Manager), explained to him the issues with ******* & that I thought it wasn't right that I was being quoted for something that started after I paid so much money for. I asked ****** to double check ********* work because I needed to know if he thought my vehicle was safe to drive if I could not pay for repairs. He said he would look into it & call me back but never did. My husband got a hold of him days later & he informed my husband that the car was needing new suspension parts. He suggested we look into purchasing a new car instead! We instead picked up our car. That day, ******* tried to try charge us another $90 for doing nothing to the car. Once home, my husband looked at the car himself because it was still making thumping noise. To his surprise all the lug nuts on front driver tire were completely loose! I cannot believe they would return a car like this to anyone ******* ** ***** **** *** **** ** *** ***** ** *******! ** ******** **** ****** **** ** ******* ******* ** ********* ***** **** **** ** ********* My husband tighten the lug nuts and no more thumping, he also noticed that the rotors on my car are the original rotors! I paid $650 for nothing!

    I had a brand new turbo put into this vehicle almost 2 years ago. At this dealership now they want to charge me $2900 to put another one in. This car actually belongs to my Mom and when dealing with Hyundai, the manufacture, and the fact that this turbo has went out for the third time, they’re not give any reasonable solutions

    My daughter and I purchased a 2020 Kona and it has been in the shop twice now . My daughter has yet to receive her vehicle back , it has been in shop 21 days with no enthusiasm by service department to get her a rental or an approval on a new engine . Funny how they want your purchase but do not care after ! We are still waiting *** ******* **** ** ****** ******** ****** ; be very careful with their lack of customer service !

    First issue-they DROPPED my brand new car from the lift when they did the oil change and smashed it. Then waited FOUR hours to tell me, knowing I was there at the dealership waiting for it with a toddler. The car was damaged pretty badly and had to be sent for repairs.
    -second issue- I call, they say since my car is worth more than my lease, I'd get a few thousand towards a new car. I get there. Only the most expensive model is there, which I said I didn't want on the phone. talk to a sales person who tells me that my current car will only be paid off evenly. Said he found a car for me and will go pull it up. He is gone 45 minutes and comes back saying that the owner took it on a road trip? But now I had been there 5 hours with a 2 year old. I keep saying that a 40k car is out of my budget.
    Magically, they find the 30k Santa fe.They try to get me ridiculous interest rates and offer 3k LESS for my trade in. I paid an extra $800+ and was told that the tow hitch would be here Monday. I called and called and was told I would be called back. Nope. Called again yesterday, and someone tells me that he doesn't think that they ordered it. okay well I paid $800 for it. Now today, my old car payment comes out. I call hyundai financing and they say that they never got the paperwork saying I got rid of the old car. They also say that I will be refunded that money as soon as they get the paperwork.
    I go in person today. They tell me that they will call me back if I write down my name and number. After not getting a call back after a long time I called them. I can hear them pick up the phone and immediately hang up. I call again same thing happens. I use my husband's phone and they answered. Then they tell me that the manager is with a customer and put me on hold.A few minutes later they tell me the manager is in a meeting.They tell me that the money will be put towards the next payment in January. I told them I want a refund.They tell me I will get a check within 30 days.

    I have purchased two cars from this dealer in the past and most recently (May 2022 to September 2022) I was in the market for my third car at this dealer. This time the car I wanted it was not in stock. The sales person I was dealing with was * ****** **** ****, I was told by **** she will send me an email to get all my information and out numbers together to figure out payment amount and total. I waited, waited, waited and she never got back to me. We went to the dealer again in July, same story, the car was not in stock. This time I dealt with *****, he seemed more into business rather than paying games turned out he was worst than ****, we had communication, mostly texting. I asked ***** to put numbers together, he said could not do that since the car was not in the dealer but once the car was in he would get me the total and monthly payments. When car arrived, he immediately called. I asked him to put numbers together he said he could not do it, and I needed to get to the dealer, sign the contract and take the car. I told him he had said he would get me the numbers once the car arrived, I asked him again to get the numbers after a 10k down payment, he said he would, two days later a text from ***** "You need to come and get the car, I cannot hold it for more than 24 hours" I texted him again asking if he had the number, he reply You need to come for the car within the next 24 hours or will be sold. I asked again why he was not replying to my text and getting me the numbers, I never heard back from him again. Two days later the manager called stating "You need to get here and sign the contract if you don't I will sell the car" bottom line, manager, *****, **** all seem to be in the same page to lure buyers without conducting proper business and providing number, they force customers to sign without having a clear idea of what they are signing and for how long. **** ** *** ***** ****** ***** ***** * ********* ** ** ** ****** *** *** **** ****** ******
