"The customer service really made me appalled and not need to ever have to purchase a single item from this company again. I was not made aware that there was a balance due from a purchase that I made initially, and it wasn't until many months later, which was way too late for me to return the items as they have a strict 30-day return policy, so my only option was to pay off this balance due." ... "It call my attention how rude and unprofessional the GM/Owner (Im not sure if thats his position) was with his staff members (REMOVEDand screaming at your staff from your office in order to everybody to hear you and call them incompetent its not okay on any level). You can know pretty much about a business seeing how a boss talk to their employees, and that was the main reason why I decided not to shop at that store, besides they dont have big sizes on their inventory." ...
