have had a very unprofessional experience with this company from both the cabinet and countertop install. The white quartz countertops were lying in the bed of a large truck when they arrived, not covered. The men installing were in an obvious rush and installed very quickly. They left debris in the front of the house and a mess in our kitchen. One section was a waterfall finish that was installed incorrectly, and they told us the cabinet people would fix the large gap btw the cabinets and counter. The owner of the countertop part of the business was not present and had these workers demand the rest of the payment at the time. When the owner followed up with these workers, they told him they were in a rush and didn't want to take the countertops back outside to cut them due to the weight. We waited several days to have the waterfall section fixed. They did not clean the countertops such as black gashes, rust color under the exposed under section, and did not repair the chips on the edges. They have yet to come back and fix the chips or clean the hard to remove residue and other marks. We have a contract with this company but like anything we have unfortunately already paid in full, and no one has come back to fix. After just a few months the paint on the cabinets are showing wear and tear where the handles are.
