Lamentablemente esta compañía nos hizo ****** , nos ********* en todo se aprovecharon de el mercado para revender la casa que ya que se tardaron más de un año en comenzar nuestra construcción , en cuanto cancelamos entonces si la terminaron en dos meses la pusieron en venta mas cara y no les importo.en nada que mi familia estaba ilusionada esperando por fin que nuestro primero hogar fuera terminado y entregado como estaba en el.contrato . Honestamente no lo recomendaría a nadie jamás . Esta compañía es ventajosa.

Do not honor warranty and make excuses for why they won't until they just blow you off and ignore your complaints. Had to fix the solar panels that came with the house myself. Sent a bill three times trying to get reimbursed, they didn't bother responding. Had to fix the rock fence myself, they claimed it was not covered by the warranty. What??? This is a brand new house. ****** ************ ** * ***** **** **** **** ***** * ****** Stay away and save yourself the aggravation.

Since Mr winton left the company doesnt have any respect for clients, Mr winton built me a $600,000 dlls home in 2010 and also owner financed a $245,000 dlls home in 2018 both payed ,people working are treating people very disrespectfull and with no respect a lot of timed , i have a lot of respect for Mr andy Winton but not for the people in front of him that are very rude with people and they are doing the best job for people to not comeback to winton homes again, i have tried to contact anybody to talk about this and other things i need but they block me everytime ,is ridicolous how they work togueter to not get you to Mr winton, i have tried to talk with one of Mr Winton suns or other persons above them but nothing happens ,dont built any houses with winton homes because you will get the same treatment from this people, the solution i got from them is to write a letter to Mr Winton with my claims really? i will send a letter to mr winton directly because i know they will not do nothing, i dont recomend Winton homes not for Mr Winton because i know him pretty well and he never will behave like that, i have a lot of respect for him because before he listened me and gave me a great service,the main problem here is that he isnt there anymore and people there think they are the owners doing whatever they want , i payed off both houses and i get this service, dont do any bussiness with them without talking directly to owners because you will get a nasty service and they dont care , i will wait for Mr winton or amto seat down and give me the service i deserve but if that doesnt happen people there will treat you like trash whenever they keep being empowered by owners that dont know whats going on.

They do not honor their warranty. Impossible to get a hold of *** who runs the warranty department. Almost 2 years in and my front door still doesn't work. BUYER BEWARE! looking to see what options I have.

My dream of buying a new home was ruined ever since closing. They don’t honor their two year warranty, u less it suits them. The house has had many problems. They respond slowly to fix anything and give excuse after excuse why they can’t. The contractor don’t finish their work or don’t show up for appointments. Horrible horrible service.

I had a wonderful experience. Staff were helpful and responsive to my needs
