            I had provided funds to secure a home build and due to severe life changes I had to cancel the build. The company went ahead, without authorization, with final build plans without us approving the plans or the drafting of final ones and is now unresponsive when inquiring for a partial refund of the deposited amount. Once informed of this life changing event the company has categorically ignored phone calls, text messages, emails, and all other forms of communication. The company is also attempting to charge us with the plan drafting when it wasn't authorized.

            ** ******* **** ****** **** ** **** *** ** *** ** **** * i trusted him, he took time until july3 2023 to set contract to built house ** *** ******* **** ** ******** ***** , in his contract he asked for 105 000 to start building I refused as he had 10000$ for last 8 m and i cannot give him 105000 , i said plan i sale my house and swap money but i cannot give you this as you take long time to do simple maps which is standard you have no new maps, so he said then get lender and i will check prices need increased on august 3 2023 I said we need stop here i need my money back as i cannot continue with you , he send me bill for 4750 $ for meeting interest taxes, one of meeting was all wasted maps were wrong so it was his fault , and if their was interest and taxes why he did not accelerate the process, why he did not give me invoices for tjhose meetings, ** ** ******** * *** ******* ** **** **** *** ** **** *** **** ** *** ** **** , i spent time , left my money with him all this time, i want my money back , * **** **** ******* ********* ** ******* ** **** ***** ********* ** ****** **** **
