    It's been long I had them do my hail damaged repair for my vehicles. And I was told I will get $200 referral credit if I send them customers. I was very happy and lot of people needed during that time. I have been giving away their business cards to people I know and need. Among them one particular person who showed very interested to get their car done. After 6/7 months I saw that person and asked if they had their car done. And they said yes they have!! I contacted the owner of this company and he said it's been long and he needs claim number and was not happy about it !! I gave the last name their phone number car make and Model All details. The business owner said he can't find. It's hard to believe. **** *** **** *** * ***** ******* **** ******* ********** With last name car detail or phone number??? Come on?? Since it still bothers me how he avoided me not to pay the referrals he promised. * ** **** **** *** ** **** **** ****** **** **** ** ******* ****** *** **** ***** *** **** ****** *** *** ***** ****** **** ** **** ** It sounds very intimidating by saying it's $200 if you refer some one!! Asking personal information, policy number claim number is not easy share if you don't have good relation with some one. I hope some one sees this review and prepare what to come next money or refusal. I also found another interesting thing they missed a dent on the trim of my suv and after I brought to his attention he kept on dragging for few months saying oh I forgot, I sent the check etc and at the ending when I pressed he paid me in two different time not even full amount. Why I am writing now after long time !! It just feels I was been cheated and help others to learn from my experience.

    In 2021 said customer did bring their vehicle in for repairs which we satisfactorily completed and returned to customer. Upon completing repairs we advised customer that any referrals (considering claim approval and repairs commenced ) we would give customer $200 as an incentive. 

    Six months later I get a call from customer and he’s asking for referral incentives. I told customer I had no idea that he had referred anyone to us. I told customer that if he could provide us with complete name and number of the customer he claimed was referred to us by him we could verify it and gladly give him his incentives.

    The customer told me he would get that info for us and would return our call. He never returned the call. Some time later he called again asking about the referral incentive and again I advised him to get me the supposed customer info so that we could verify. He said he would get the info for us.

    A month or two later he called again with supposed customer there. I got on the phone with the customers wife and she couldn’t for certain attest that we did do repairs. She said she would ask her husband. She couldn't provide any pertinent info and I explained to her that unless she provided that info we would not be able to pay out the incentive.

    We did do some repairs on this customers vehicle and this is the first that I am aware of any unfinished repairs.
