    I have been requesting my monthly statements from the business, and I have been ignored each time. I am requesting statements to compare my payments to the balance owed on the statements. I have gone on the business website; however, it does not allow me to view what I am requesting.

    The complainant has multiple accounts with us.  He was only receiving statements on some of his accounts and not all of them due to a misunderstanding.   Upon receiving the complaint, we contacted the complainant to investigate the nature of the complainant's dissatisfaction.  Upon learning from the complainant that he was not receiving all of the statements he wanted, we sent him the missing statements.  Attempts by telephone to communicate with the complainant after sending the missing statements were unsuccessful, however, we did receive an email from him acknowledging receipt of the requested statements.    We have not received any further requests or communication from the complainant since receipt of the aforementioned email acknowledgement.

    AFICS responded to me concerning my insurance claim with Homesite. It was brought to my attention after reviewing my Homesite policy information that there has been a completed claim for damage done by a storm in 2021 to my home. I attempted to reach out to several of my claim representatives with no response or with a response to solve my problem with this claim with no results.I have not received any funds from homesite for any amount of money for these damages. Although I inquired about the first check said to be sent, I was told another would be sent out and I would be kept abreast of the situation. This was not the case. I never received another check, and not a single repair has been made to my home. My wife reached out again on Oct 6 and was told via email by an ***** agent a check would be issued. No check was received. She then called the number indicated on the ***** email on Oct 12 about not receiving the 3rd check. It was specifically stated that we did Not want payment sent via **** as it is obviously insane, and devoid of any client care, to repeat what has failed 3 times already. The lack of funding for the repair has caused more damage to our home. This companys negligence in ensuring the payment arrives has gone on for too long. We have new mold growth due to leaks and, instead of digitally positing the payment as one agent suggested, yet another check has been issued. This is beyond frustrating and grossly negligent. This company has CLOSED the claim knowing no check has been cashed and having been informed it was never received. Our rates have gone up hundreds of dollars per month, causing financial burden due to the complete lack of regard for me as a client or laziness on behalf of the representatives who would flippantly close this claim while we suffer with a leaking roof and mold.It is unacceptable and disheartening that this company, admittedly knowing no check was ever cashed for these desperately needed repairs, would close our claim.

    This is not our firm.  We are a lending company and are not involved with insurance claims.  Further, we operate only in **.  I'm sorry for the consumer's troubles and wish we could help.  Please have the claim removed from our firm, considering that the incorrect company was tagged.
