    "I have been enrolled in the auto pay to pay my monthly bill since 2023 the month of June I got a letter that my electricity would be turned off for non payment even though I was enrolled in auto pay so I called and paid the bill and the customer REMOVEDsaid it would not happen again but it did I got a letter in the mail today that I owed $407.01 and that it would have to be paid in cash for the next 12 months I am 83 years old so out the door I go to get the cash and then to REMOVEDto send the money off The comment was made today when I talked to a REMOVEDnamed REMOVEDthat their was insufficient funds in the bank acct which is not true as I all ways carry about $5000." ...
