On July 8th, 2022 I took my car here to have a tire changed out. I was originally quoted $125 for the new tire. I techs took off my tire and I saw that they had a hard time taking off the the cap to the stem so they used pliers and squeezed down on it to make it out of shape, and then tore the cap off, thereby breaking the valve stem. Once they saw that there was a problem, they didn't inform me so that I could take it back to the *** dealership which was the last place that worked on it a week prior, but instead they forced it and broke it. They took no responsibility and said that I would have to buy a new sensor and valve to replace the one they just broke. Eventually they said they can put a cheaper stem on that would fit my sensor. They charged me, I paid and left. After spending $2/ day on air to fill up the tire, I eventually brought the tire back after a week or so. They told me it was the valve and they changed it out, no charge no problem. That lasted a week until it started messing up again. On July 27th I brought it back and they told me the valve they replaced wouldn't work and wanted to charge me more money for a different valve and they said it would take 4-5 hours at another location (which would be a total of 7-9 hours total work for originally a simple tire replacement). The manager refused to pay for any of it because of a review I left and then refused to work on it at all and told me to go to *****************. They put on my tire with a broken sensor and messed up valve took no responsibility and sent me on my way. The tire was working absolutely fine before I took it here, but the thread was very low which was the only reason I was getting replaced. I'm looking to get reimbursed for the cost of the first valve replacement ($25), labor ($35), work done at ****** Tire to fix this problem ($46.01), and $10 for money spent on air machines to continuously put air in that leaking tire.
