    On September 10, 2023 my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado was towed to Mazzo Auto service. Upon inspection he identified what he claimed to be wrong with the vehicle. It took up until October 11, 2023 for **** the owner of Mazzo to get the parts ordered. We went through the warranty company. In which they authorized an amount of $3,815.48 for the repairs Mazzo auto services claimed would be the fix. Fast forward to December 13, 2023. **** claimed the work was completed and the engine was good. He had me send over my signature so that he could sign over for release of funds with warranty company due to me being at work and not available to come in person. He had me believe Id be able to pickup my vehicle the following day. Then it turns out theres more problems. He has me order other parts to replace on the vehicle in which I have receipts for. He then towed it to a electrical friend that has a shop and they could not fix it. I then had it towed to the dealership on Jan 8th, ****. The dealership spoke with **** from Mazzo auto services and they questioned why he did certain jobs. Upon talking with the dealership they informed me that the mechanic put parts of the engine back together wrong, damaged a harness in which shorted the *** and Crank shaft sensor. I contacted **** so that he can make it right because the outcome of this is workmanship. He caused the damage and does not want to repair it. The dealership quoted me $1860 to repair what he damaged. I have been renting vehicles since September when I initially had my truck brought over to Mazzo auto center. Ive forked well over $6,000 in car rentals during this dragged out process of getting my vehicle fixed. He has misled me, continued telling me it will be done this week and now its Jan 16th **** and I have to have the dealership handle this. *** suffered hardships financially due to his unprofessionalism and deceit. I want to be compensated for my rentals, repairs and hardships caused by his actions.

    *** ****** ** ** *** ***** ******* I finally lost my patience after three months! Three months he’s had my food truck, telling me it’ll be ready Monday each week. ******** ******* * ******* ***** ** **** ********** *** ***** ** ** ***** ******* ** ** **** ******* **** ****** I have never ever been spoken down to by someone who is ********** ** ***** ** not completing their job in a timely fashion. I depend on that food truck to make a living. THREE months turnaround time. Let’s see if I get the warranty papers on all the parts replaced! HORRIBLE customer service from the owner himself! HORRIBLE!

When the truck showed up with wrecker the generator was dragging  from God knows we're so I was doing her the favor of making a cage for her generator. *** *** *******  *********** ** *** * ***** **** ** **** ***** I didn't break her truck I was trying to put her generator and I wasn't even gonna charge her for that. *** ** ********** *** ** ****** ****** *** ** ** ***** ** *** *** ******* *** ** *** ***** ****** ** ****** *** ******* *** ** *** *** ***** ***** * **** *** * ***** **** ** ***** ******* ** **** The Custmer is not always right. That's the way I see I am a fair person. But to a certain point. She is a horrible customer.

New engine was ordered in November. It is not my problem when *** **** * ****** ********* after three or more months of excuses. The generator was minimal. The truck was dropped off it wouldn’t start. We are unsure if it’s even fixed after the company was supposed to install a brand new engine we paid 7k for. Again no receipt, no warranty, still not sure it’s working properly. I AM NOW BLOCKED and cannot communicate to see what it is I need to do about the noise the engine is making!! 2nd of all I have no receipts or warranty from any parts purchase. *** ** *** *** **** ** ******* **** ** ***********
