A deer hit my car and I filed a claim then they are given me the run around and having to come out of my pocket to pay for a rental after they gave the collision shop 2 days to send them a supplement. My problem with this company is that the collision shop has rules and they are not going to skip ahead of the cars that were before mine just to give you a supplement that they were only giving 48 hours to get! My insurance company is good they are in ***** which is a different time zone and I'm in Georgia. Which means by the time they call at the end of every day everything is ****** is already closed. I have full coverage on my ******************************************************************************************************************** pay for a rental after I only had it for 5 days and was promised a *************************************************************************************** possession of my vehicle I'm definitely dropping their insurance and going with another company ??Review from Tai A

On March 11, 2024, their client rear ended my car. I was at a STOPLIGHT, at a full stop and he not only hit me* *** *** ******* ******* ** ****. I went my ambulance as I was having some slight neck pain. Spent all day in the *** Filed a claim with a ************************ ****** and ******, who is dealing with that portion. I have been told I was getting a rental car from more than 3 agents. On Friday March 22nd, I spoke to a very RUDE person who told me they "do not help with rentals, even if they claim liability". I immediately text my lawyer and advised him. We both have been trying to contact ********, who is the "adjuster", but yet she does not return any phone calls. I have called every single day and get no response on my car. Outside of it was deemed "a total loss". Other than that, no information was given. I called today, March 27th, as ********* was to not only call me, but call my lawyer TWO DAYS ago. I sat on hold for about 20 mins and rerouted to NOBODY! This company is a joke. There was a police report filed and I was told by the agent today, that "they still need my statement". So I asked what about the police report? "We do not go off that". I have been without a vehicle for OVER two weeks. No answers, no helpful. 1 star is generous. Hit by person with ***************** insurance and nothing but a scam. Call one number and always told "that is another office." Appoved rental for 5 days when bodybshop said repair would be 4 weeks. Provided extremely low estimate and make body shop submit supplemental for additional cost then drags feet approving. Say they faxed or emailed approvals but never received. Said mailed check but notvreceived 14 days later. No one person coordinating claim, they make you talk to various numbers since always heat "not my job". In short they work hard to make it difficult and to avoid paying what is owed.Review from Blanca G

Nonresponsive, unprofessional, and rude. My accident happened on August 8th, 2023 and I am still without a car. I was hit by an 18-******* from behind. My car was total at this time. The insurance company of the drivers at fault kept the truck at a Copart and ***************** did nothing over 3 months and kept saying they could do nothing to recuperate my car from the other insurance legal hold. Finally, at the end of December, they got my truck in their possession because my lawyers intervened. Once they got it back they took it to the bodyshop and that took another 3 weeks, Until this day, March 3rd, 2024, they haven't approved all the necessary repairs for them to release my truck, claiming that the chair was damaged before the accident occurred, which is not true. I sent pictures to the adjuster to show them that it was not true and still I have not received an answer from them. They won't pick up the phones. The answering machine is full. They won't respond to emails. It is a complete scam. I have had to pay for a rental car since August 8th of 2023, I am still making my truck's monthly payments and the car insurance every month. It is just beyond my belief that this is happening to me. If you can stay away from them do so. It is a nightmare.Review from Jim J

Very bad experience dealing with ***** and inexperienced agents that give you a quote over the phone, then switch it up on you for a much higher rate with different terms when you show up to their office to finalize paperwork.Review from Darryle H

I feel like my insurance company discriminate against me because I didnt have enough proof at the expectations for proof of address my new address along with registration address, car note address updated was not good enough. I was a victim of catalytic converter theft and ***************** Insurance deemed my vehicle a total loss and requested possession. They misled me to think the lienholder was being paid for the vehicle but never filed or contacted the loan company. The appraiser threatened to never pay if I didn't give them the car. Meanwhile, I continued to pay the loan company for the vehicle and for a while, insurance. This is by far the worst insurance company ever. My car was totalled by one of their clients on 01/16/24. Claim was filed the same day and my car was picked up the next day. My car was taken to a storage facility named Copart and deemed a total loss. After 3 weeks, I finally told that my car would be returned because ***************** denied liability. Well they also took my license plates. Since then I obtained the actual footage of the wreck which CLEARLY shows I was not at fault. So now I have my car without plates and they are giving me the runaround even with proof. They do not answer phone calls or emails. My adjusters name is ***** ****** and she's been rude and nasty the few times I was able to get a hold of her. I just want my vehicle replaced and the rest of my claim taken care of. I now have legal representation. I hope everyone stays away from this company. The are BAD BUSINESS.
