1 starI do not understand how this company is still in business. I was in a car accident with one of their insurers. The lack of communication from the adjuster left me having to pay storage fees. I was never told that I had to move my car to a storage free facility. They kept saying they mailed me a letter stating this, which I have never received. While on the phone with an adjuster she emailed me the letter that they mailed. The letter was dated January 29th and I was told they overnighted the letter on the 29th of January. The letter said I had to move the car by January 30th and if I didnt I would be responsible for the storage fees. I found this out on February 12th. So at that time the storage fees was $2204.94. **** **** offered to pay $98. There were several conversations from Jan. 26th- Feb 11th and never once was told anything about storage fess. They are unprofessional, incompetent, and legally scammers. I have heard nothing but bad things about this company! I have decided to sue them.Review fromJaime G

1 starThis is a horrible company. They should not be able to operate. I was rear ended by one of their clients and I reached out to them after I found a contact number via internet search. The number on the police report was disconnected. I called several times and the phone calls dropped. I finally got someone to take the claim and I was assigned an adjuster. It took 2 days to reach her and it took a week to set up an inspection here in *********, I reached out again for the next steps and couldnt reach her via phone got e additional days. I emailed her and I finally got an estimate/appraisal of the damage. The appraisal was for $694 and the cost to repair the vehicle was $4600. **** **** didnt send the repair shop any money. I had to pay the $4600 yo get my car which took 2 weeks, they didnt want yo pay for a car rental and I have only received $694 of the $4600. They should be forced to close and make all of their claimants whole.Review fromSharon C

1 starLegit totalled my brothers care out before the adjuster looked at it. Claimed the car had rear quarter panel damage. The car was hit in the rear end so how was there rear quarter panel damage. Refused to let my brother see the damage. Apparently the car now belongs to **** ****. They did not issue my brother a check for his car that had been hit just sitting there. Stole his car AND his license plate car theft ring needs to be investigated.Review fromLuis q

1 starPray you’re never a victim of an auto accident where the other driver is insured by Fred Loya. My wife was rear ended by a Loya insured. It has taken over 3 months to try to resolve the situation. We have been passed through to 8 different “claims agents “ and 3 “supervisors. Each time the agent has claimed they weren’t responsible. They rarely called us back…we had to place multiple calls. Our vehicle damage claim was low balled by their claim the vehicle had over 100,000 more miles than it actually did. Their adjuster never saw the vehicle in person. We had to pay the towing company before Loya would consider accepting the vehicle for disposal. They classified it as a total loss. They also kept changing the requirements for servicing my request. If you have the misfortune of being a victim of a Fred Loya insured driver, be prepared to accept the fact you will lose when dealing with them.Review fromDavid m

1 starI cant believe they allow this company to operate. I tried called the state insurance agency, and they give them up to 15 days to respond , a simple call would reset the 15 days. This is a scam. **** **** NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED.Review fromTonya B

1 starI have been with **** **** for a year. After 6 months I noticed that the automatic payments were being taken almost 5 days before the payment was due. I called yesterday 12/3, to call in a payment because I knew the payment had been returned. I was told that I had to pay a reinstatement fee even though the policy was NOT cancelled because they give you 10 additional days from the date the actual payment is due on the 1st of each month. I asked why is the payment taken so early and why do I have to pay a reinstatement fee if the policy wasn't cancelled. I also asked if they had attempted to redraft and I was told yes, they had on 12/2. I told them there was no way they attempted to redraft, because I called in to make a payment on 11/30/24, and was told I had to wait until the first payment was returned. I was also told that since I made a payment 12/3 that the redraft would not occur, even though I was told supposedly they had tried to redraft but it was rejected. NOW today 12/4 they have taken two payments! I called about it and I was told they would call me back. When the *** called me back she stated that I told the first *** ******* ******** that I still wanted to make a payment even though a second draft was going to be made today so I could pay for two months. No ma'am that is a lie. One I was never told that a draft was going to be taken the next day, because **** **** had supposedly tried to take second draft on Monday and I was told they do not attempt to take a third draft. So I am confused on how another draft was taken IF I ALREADY PAID THE DAY BEFORE. Now the *** ****** is telling me she is going to see what she can do. No the h*** you won't see what you can do, you will return my money. and it will be today. This company is the worst. I have asked several times why I don't receive a text or email regarding when the payment is going to be taken like most businesses do before the payment is taken. I always get you should be receiving notices, but havent
