I have every right to break the contract if marketing promised would not financially and statistically benefit my business! I have expressed and made every attempt to share my frustration with Indoor Media, Sales **** ******** **** and other representatives since September of 2023, with little to no response! And now they state that they have attempted to contact me in hopes to receive payment. Not once did anyone take the time to find a solution. All that was shared was that I was not "allowed" to back out of this program after rep verbally shared that we could break the contract if it wasn't working. My manager at the time, myself and rep were all present for this meeting. So I have a witness to his testimony. I have felt like I have been taken advantage of as a small business owner that I invested into a company that made promises this would work and it would help support my business. I am extremely frustrated as the promises made when we sat in my salon were not met. They spoke of this advertising campaign as a marathon, but in six months we have had all three guests utilize the printed coupons. If you ask me, we haven't even started the race. I had poured a huge investment into this and as a small business owner to only get three people in the span of six months, that's definitely not money well spent! I cannot afford to move forward with this as the cost doesn't equate to the promises of heavy foot traffic to my business. They can argue how well this has worked for thousands of other businesses, but based on the cost and the results - it doesn't work for me. I have had to learn difficult business and life lessons in the past year, and I refuse to put my employees and business at jeopardy because I am prioritizing my finances in the wrong place. I don't believe changes or new designs will justify or account for all the missed opportunities we have had with Indoor Media from the start to now! The amount of grief and money spent it should be deemed fraudulent
