I purchased a Master Spas H2X Trainer 15 swim spa during a local (**********, **) Master Spas exposition sponsored by Paradise Spas and Outdoor Living located in **********, ** on 04 June 2022. I took delivery of the Trainer 15 swim spa (S/N: H225014) on 30 November 2022. The spa received damage during the transfer process, which was annotated on the delivery form. Pictures were also taken and submitted to the ****************** at Paradise Spas. Upon further inspection I found scratches in the acrylic interior portion of the spa. I immediately called the service department to inform them of the additional damage. I submitted the pictures to *****, who then put me in contact with Mr. ************************** ****************** identified himself as the Service Manager and indicated he would be handling the service repair. He registered the spa and stated he was going to file a warranty claim for the damage. It is now 30 December 2022, one month since we took delivery of the spa, and I have not received any updates as to the status of the repair. I tried contacting ****************** several times at the number provided. I tried reaching someone on the main store line. I filled out the form provided on Paradise Spas and Outdoor Livings website requesting assistance. As a last resort, I texted the number provided to submit the pictures of the damage. All of these attempts to contact Paradise Spas and Outdoor Living resulted in zero success. I also filled out the survey Master Spas sent me following delivery and registration. I presented the issue on the survey and requested someone from Master Spas contact me. I have yet to be contacted. I would like the spa repaired so we can begin using it. I would appreciate someone from Master Spas contacting me regarding this long drawn-out purchase and delivery process. Furthermore, I would like whomever is managing Paradise Spas and Outdoor Living to contact me to establish a timeline to accomplish the repair.
