      I took my vehicle to Polos auto body shop on 8/26/2022 and gave the shop owner the full amount of $3400.00 send him that amount thru bank transfer he said so part could be bought and this claim would be resolved faster so than on 10/01/20222 he mentions there were more damages and that it was not enough so I called the insurance company for an additional supplement insurance company send me the amount of $2577.54 and the date 10/07/2022 I wired it again thru bank transfer the amount to the shop time continues to go by thinking my car was almost done so I show up to the shop and saw my vehicle was not worked at all so I asked him I wanted the money back and was going to take it to the dealership many months passed by and the owner ********************************* gave me so much round around on December 2022 i decided to take it to the dealership they gave me a evaluation and said the truck had ******************************************************************** the amount of charge till after they finish work so i spoke to ********* and asked him to pay the issues since he had not fixed the truck, so he kept the insurance money of the total amount $6,177.54 im requesting to unless get this money he did not fix the truck dealership had made the fixed i had to pay out of poket $2,000 ********* knew he had not work on my truck after having the truck in his shop since August,2022 till December2022 and after December i took it to the Dealership and got my truck back in Febuary this body shop has done fraud by taking the insurance and did not fix the truck, i want the money back because he did not fixed anything on my truck.
