On august 2, 2022 we hired this company to move our 4 bedroom home 3.0 miles to our new house. When quoted they representative came out to our home and looked at everything we were moving to give us a accurate quote. He stated it would take maximum 4 hrs to move. We agreed. When the 3 very young guys arrived I knew from their attitude and they way they were dressed they were not motivated to work. The job ended up taking 7 hours. They did not wrap all of our furniture with plastic, so our less then a year old end table was knocked lose during the move, our less then a year old 1400$ adjustable base for our mattress leg go broken. I know this because I was in our bedroom working at my desk when they started to disassemble our bed and I hard a loud snap. I told them to wait that my husband would instruct them how the base came apart but they proceeded anyways. They left multiple rolls of tape laying around our old house that I had to go back and pick up, along with the fact that within being there one hour they repeatedly banged on my bedroom door when it was closed when I was trying to work and was on the phone with patients. Every time we left the area they were on their phones or standing around as my 14 year old son told me and they never even carried all of our boxes to each room. Even my friend that came by to help commented that they were moving extremely slow and it never should have taken that long. Most of them showed up wearing *** ****** ***** which isnt appropriate to move furniture and all had their pants sagging down in front of my children. The job took a extra 3 hours then quoted because these gentleman did not care for our things or have the motivation to work. My husband called the company the same week we moved and they have yet to follow up with us other then stating for us to "send pictures" of the broken bed leg that supports our mattress. This move cost us almost 700$ more then quoted. We are furious and will never recommend to anyone.
