This review will be added to all of your social media presence. First & Foremost GOD has his hand on this project from beginning to end! We have been homeowners for over 20 years and fortunately have never had to file a homeowners insurance claim, but due to the "WONDERFUL" hail storm of North Texas we had to submit one due to missing shingles and other hail damage. After calling and contacting 4 companies, where we heard for 3, but 2 were so "BUSY" we are assuming we just were not a priority to them. Not only did RBJ's Roofing LLC office speak to us IMMEDIATELY, they booked a FREE QUOTE and were at our residence within 2 days. Mr. W******* is a GODLY man first, and he makes it no secret to give HIM the credit for his blessings. After speaking to him, not only where we impressed with his Family OWNED and OPERATED business, but also his journey to this process in his life (if you sit and talk to him this MAN has a testimony to share with you) He answered ALL of our questions, he responded to ALL of my emails, if I sent a question at 10:00 PM at NIGHT expecting a response the next business day, you better BET within 30 minutes Mr. W******* was calling us to answer. My wife is an A TYPE personality, she believes in communication, punctuality and follow up, it carries WEIGHT with her, and as they say, "Happy Wife, Happy LIFE" so therefore because I didn't have to hear anything negative from her, that made me even happier. Now onto the work itself, our estimate was provided the same day, a detailed proposal about what we COULD receive, their work, and estimated time frame was all provided. Not one penny at the end of the work had changed and they even included our new fence being repaired and stained again from the hail damage, as well. Mr. W******* attended the walk through with our major carrier insurance company and if they climbed on top of something, HE climbed with them. Needless to say, our insurance carrier approved our claim that day on the spot. Work began the next week. It was a one day repair, with minor and I mean minor work the following morning. Our appointment was for 7:00 AM, by 6:50 AM our doorbell was ringing with his team. Most times after a detailed job as this one, you have trash, nails, and debris everywhere. His team picked up and hauled away I THINK more trash than what they even produced. So that was also impressive. Our roof is the ONLY roof in our neighborhood of new roofs that even had the Ventilator Wind Turbine installed (the little spinning thing that is located on top of roofs to release the heat from your attic) So in the end, Very good. RBJ's Roofing LLC is very thorough, on time and have great communication Everything went well and EXCELLENT cleanup. Thanks for all your help.
