            They were called out to fix a light in my kitchen that was not working. They fixed the light and I paid out of pocket for the services even though my warranty company said to wait because it may or may not be covered and the ******** company has no idea what is on my plan. After they left we realized the light would not turn off. They then sent the technician back out to fix that. After he left the second time, we realized that now the other 3 switches on that panel do not work anymore (and they worked previously). I called back and they said they would not be returning to fix it. They want to call the warranty company and see if it is a covered repair even though it is something that WAS NOT broken previously and their technician broke it. All this is beyond the fact that the manager Nichole was extremely rude to me in all of our interactions
