I enrolled in iteach ***** in 2023 to pursue a teaching certificate because I had a new education job and was unsure if I wanted to be a teacher. My main requirement was a program that would refund fees for any courses I did not enroll in and complete if I changed my mind and withdrew. Before enrolling, I had a detailed conversation with an iteach texas representative, explaining my uncertainty and emphasizing repeatedly that I needed assurance of a refund for unused courses. The representative clearly promised that any funds I paid would be refunded for courses I did not enroll in and finish. She explained that I would be charged $99 monthly and that each course costs $500, but any accumulated funds for incomplete courses would be returned if I withdrew.Based on this assurance, I enrolled. After a few hours of studying, I decided I no longer wanted to continue and intended to stop before completing any courses. Because I had been assured I would receive a refund for any unused course funds, I did not withdraw immediately. Instead, I continued paying $99 monthly to keep my enrollment active in case I changed my mind, avoiding the hassle of re-enrolling later. I did not utilize iteach texas services or make progress on any courses during this ******* early 2025, I had paid 19 monthly fees, totaling $1,881, and having not utilizated iteach services during all this time, I officially withdrew and requested a refund. iteach texas rejected my request, stating they do not refund money already paiddirectly contradicting the clear promise made by their representative, which was the sole reason I chose their program and continued payments for 19 months. Had I known there would be no refund, I would have withdrawn in the first week after deciding not to study.iteach texass representatives promise was fundamental to my decision to enroll and maintain payments. I request they honor their commitment and refund the full $1,881 for services not utilized.Business Response

Mr. *******,
Thank you for reaching out regarding your refund request for the iTeach Texas program. We understand your concerns and appreciate the opportunity to address them.
Our Letter of Agreement, which you signed upon enrollment in 2023, clearly states that all fees paid are non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure the sustainability of our program and the resources we provide to all participants. While you mentioned a conversation with a representative who assured you of a refund for unused courses, our official policy, as outlined in the agreement, does not permit refunds for payments already made, regardless of course completion status. Staff is trained to articulate our policy when visiting with potential candidates.
The terms of the Letter of Agreement govern all enrollments, and we are unable to honor refund requests for the $1,881 paid over 19 months.
If you have a record of the refund assurance, such as written correspondence, please provide it, and we will investigate further. At this time, based on our non-refundable policy, we are unable to process your request.
Thank you for your understanding. If you have additional questions, please contact us at [support email/phone].
Sincerely,
**** ******Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: A representative from iteach is an employee of the company and has authority to make such guarantees. I had a detailed conversation with your representative and I was assured I would be refunded. I emphasized on this specific point repetitively as this was my main criteria.
This claim can be proven by conduct. If you look at my record you would notice that I only did few introductory hours at the program and then I stopped using it. I left education field long time ago yet I kept paying monthly fees for 19 months even though I wasnt utilizing iteach services. Any reasonable fact finder would conclude that there is no reason for such behavior if there was no assurance. Furthermore, the fact that I did not utilize iteach services make my request even more reasonable. There is no reason to withhold refund for services that were not rendered/used, especially for a BBB accredited business with an +A rating. I would like to add that iteach refused to provide me with the signed acknowledgment letter mentioned. They informed me I can find it on my online portal, when I explained the portal have been deactivated due to withdrawal, they said they would not share the alleged letter.Business Response

While our representatives are trained to provide accurate information, the terms of the Letter of Agreement, which governs all enrollments, explicitly state that all fees paid are non-refundable. This policy was in place at the time of your enrollment in 2023 and applies regardless of the extent to which program services were utilized.
Regarding your conduct of paying $99 monthly for 19 months without utilizing services, we acknowledge your perspective that this supports your expectation of a refund. However, the non-refundable nature of the fees, as outlined in the agreement, applies to all payments made to maintain active enrollment, irrespective of service usage. Your decision to continue payments to keep your enrollment active does not alter the terms of the agreement.
We are sorry to hear about the difficulty accessing the Letter of Agreement through your online portal. Since your account has been deactivated due to withdrawal, I can arrange to provide you with a copy of the signed agreement. Please confirm your preferred email or mailing address, and we will send it. This document outlines the non-refundable policy that governs your enrollment.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, I would like to be provided with the original signed letter. Please email it to ***********************************
However, I still believe the representative assurance and the fact that no services was rendered should supersede the alleged letter. I want to re-iterate that I did use iteach services and the only reason I kept paying was because I was under the belief that a refund would be given due to the assurance, otherwise I would have withdrawn from week one. Since my case has extraordinary circumstances due to an apparent miscommunication, I respectfully ask iteach to use their discretion and refund me the amount. The business would not be hurt because they did not render services. However I would be because I would be losing funds for nothing. It is the reasonable and the ethical thing to do.

I still havent received the alleged original signed acknowledgment letter from the business even though they promised through BBB to provide it.
The business made a clear promise to me through their representatives that they would refund me for services not rendered in case I withdraw (please check message chain), yet they are refusing to honor this commitment. This was why I went with them in the first place.
one of the main reasons I trusted this business was because it is accredited by the BBB and has +A rating, yet they are not refusing to refund me. In addition to being against what they promised, it is not a reasonable thing to do. There were no services rendered by this businesses to me. The business would not get hurt if they issue the requested refund because there were no services rendered, however, I would be hurt because it would mean I would lose my funds for nothing. I respectfully ask BBB to intervene to solve this issue.

I was apart of the Iteach program and began in June 2024. I signed a contract with ********* ISD for an English/ Cheer coach position in July. During the first semester I experienced a hostile work environment from my administration, harassment from cheerleaders parents, and my car was vandalized on school property. I ended up having to get my *** representative involved because the administrator over cheer wanted to give me a growth plan over cheer, not my English content. I spoke with my Iteach field observer and she tried to step in and help anyway possible. My union representative came and met with myself and the principal. The principal lied to the union representative and tried to give me a reprimand over district policies that were being followed and the cheerleaders complained about (ex: cellphones). The district came back and allowed me to leave my contract due to the culture and environment penalty free. I finished the first semester. I was almost completed with the course work and had one class left with Iteach. I reached out and asked if I could finish the last semester the next following year at a different district and they told me due to me resigning that I am no longer allowed to be apart of their program. I was almost finished and just needed to take my PPR. I was told I owed them $2600 still and I couldnt be released until I paid it.Business Response

I am deeply sympathetic to Ms. ********* challenges during her time with ********* ISD, including the hostile work environment, harassment, and vandalism she described. I understand how distressing these circumstances must have been, and I sincerely regret that her experience in her teaching position was not positive.
At iteachTEXAS, our alternative teacher certification program is designed to support candidates in achieving their teaching certification, with the Field Experience being a critical component. Per the Letter of Agreement signed by all candidates, "Participation in and completion of the Program is conditioned on successfully completing the Field Experience according to iteachTEXAS Program guidelines." The agreement further states that if a candidate resigns from their partnering school district, their participation in the program is terminated. Still, they remain responsible for any outstanding fees owed.
Ms. ******* began her Field Experience with ********* ISD in July 2024 and resigned from her position at the end of the first semester. While I commend her for completing most of her coursework and appreciate her desire to continue the program at another district, our program guidelines require continuous participation in an active Field Experience to remain enrolled and complete certification requirements. As she is no longer in a classroom, we cannot continue her participation in the program, as this is a state and program requirement for certification.Dr. ***** provided Ms. ******* with an opportunity to appeal the program dismissal in January 2024, but she chose not to respond or submit an appeal packet. Due to a lack of response, her file was closed in February 2024.
The outstanding balance of $2,600 reflects the remaining fees for services provided, including access to instructional courses, test preparation materials, and field supervision support during her Field Experience. Per the Letter of Agreement, these fees are owed regardless of program completion, as they cover resources and support provided.
I value Ms. ********* commitment to becoming a teacher and am sorry her experience with ********* ISD impacted her ability to complete our program. Our field supervisor attempted to support her during this challenging time. I remain committed to supporting candidates through our program and adhering to the agreed-upon policies that ensure fairness and compliance with Texas certification requirements.Initial Complaint

They have not provided me with adequate training for their evaluations, despite my enrollment in iTeach. They expect you to already know how to teach and offer little training despite their advertisements. While being enrolled in iteach despite being assigned a ****** teacher, my first ****** teacher would often become frustrated when I asked him a question. I was scared to ask for his assistance, which led to me being assigned a new ****** teacher. I feel they are misleading people into thinking their program offers more hands-on training. They observed me very harshly and provided me feedback in which I could not read the handwriting. I have paid them over four thousand dollars. Despite their inadequate training, they have informed me that I cannot challenge my observations. They kept me in the dark about the timing of my observation and assumed I would be able to be watched without time to prepare. They expect you to work full time at the school and have time to prepare for your observation. I would like to be able to redo my observations or receive a refund of my money if I do not receive my teaching license this semester. I feel the field supervisor should be more involved in instructing candidates on how to pass their observations; I can't even read his handwriting. He mentioned that he doesn't have time to meet with me to go over my observations.Business Response

I decided to pursue an alternative credential with ITeach *****. My areas of focus: **** EC-12 and Math 4-8. I have a background in Engineering and a **** I finished the coursework and the 30 hours of observation. My first exam was Math 4-8. I didnt pass, but I just wanted to get my feet wet. I had a family crisis, and I didnt want to postpone the exam. Besides, I thought that I would be able to repeat the exam up to five (5) times. Afterwards, I began studying for the **** EC-12. I was told that I had to enroll in the Passage Preparation Course at $30/mo. It took me 6 months to complete the modules and pass the practice test at 80%. I paid my $116 for the **** test. I needed 240. My score was 230. I knew the material, but the questions were worded differently. I was ready to wait thirty (30) days and take the test again. I only needed to increase my score by two questions. When I called ITeach they said that I would have to complete an additional 50 hours of remediation. I complained that 50 hours to add 10 points to my score is excessive. I asked for a waiver. The founder of ITeach TexasDiann ***** called me. She stated that they did not offer waivers. As a solution or compromise, I said that I would just use the 50 hours to study for my Math 4-8. I figured that I had at least four (4) more attempts. After several email exchanges, because it is almost impossible to reach anyone by phone, I was told that I didnt qualify for a second Math 4-8 exam. ITeachalonedetermines who can or cant take an exam. I think that because I paid my money, completed the coursework, and the additional Passage Preparation Course, I should be able to take both exams as many times as needed. But, this top-down, my way or the highway, is UNACCEPTABLE. We need quality educators, especially in ***************** and Math. Instead of facilitating a smooth transition, ITeach Texas has become a GATEKEEPER by creating unnecessary hoops for qualified candidates to jump through.Business Response

I enrolled into a Alternate Teacher certification program, it took longer for me complete and Iteach charged more fees that were set to create a hardship for me. I filed bankruptcy and included ITeach as a creditor, Iteach was aware of the filing and deadlines to object or propose payment by attending a "creditor's meeting." However, Iteach did not respond to any of the notices and has held me in their program, allowing me move to another program as a way to pressure me for payment. After the discharge of my bankruptcy case, ITeach is continuing to limit my professional advancement by refusing to release me from their program and sign documents to allow me to Transfer to another program.Business Response

Ms. ****,
To date, you have paid $99 to iteach with no other fees paid. Your schedule monthly payment plan of $99 was declined over a 5 month time period. Please see attached.
Can you expand on what additional fees you are referring to?
Within your Letter of Agreement, there is a provision that states, if you desire a Program Release, you do need to reconcile your balance and pay for services rendered. You have been enroll in 3 instructional courses.

Ms. *******,
Upon your enrollment with iteachTEXAS, you were granted a voucher to Passage Preparation. We have always offered a complimentary 90-day voucher to all candidates upon enrollment, and you were granted an extension beyond the initial 90 days as well. I'm so sorry that your iteach 90-day voucher has expired, you will need to reach out to Passage Preparation in order to continue your prep course with them! I realize that your code has expired, but good news- our enrollees are eligible to renew or study in a different area at a 50% discount!
Please reach out to ************************************************* from your iteach-associated email address to request those codes- this would mean you'd only be paying about $22 for 30 days! When you email Passage, be sure to remind them that you are an iteach candidate. To also clarify, to date, you have paid $693, not $4000.00.

I paid iteach in full. I completed all observations. I completed all tests. I changed schools and was sent a one line email that they are releasing me without giving me a certificate. When a candidate enrolls into iteachTEXAS, they acknowledge in their Letter of Agreement to the following:
-"If employed as a teacher, the Candidate must maintain satisfactory active teaching status with the approved school in order to remain in the Program."
-"Participation in and completion of the Program is conditioned on successfully completing the Field Experience according to iteachTEXAS Program guidelines. The Field Experience is considered secured upon the receipt of the Statement of Eligibility ("SOE") by iteachTEXAS. If Candidate does not continue the Field Experience, is terminated, suspended, placed on administrative leave, placed on medical leave or resigns from the school district, Candidates Agreement with iteachTEXAS and continued participation in the Program will also be terminated, but such termination does not relieve Candidate of his or her obligation to pay all fees owed pursuant to this Agreement. Any outstanding balance owed to iteachTEXAS under this Agreement shall immediately become due and payable without demand or offset."
-"It is Candidate's responsibility to notify the iteachTEXAS office within one business day if placed on administrative leave, under investigation or review by the district, resignation or termination from teaching assignment, placed on medical leave or if the ********************** has been notified of wrong doing on the part of the Candidate."
-"Upon receipt of the **** the Field Experience is recognized. The Candidate must remain in the specific placement"
-"In the event a Candidate is participating in a Field Experience and is terminated by the District or resigns the teaching position, the Candidate authorizes the financial institution or credit card company designated in Candidates personal payment formation to pay iteachTEXAS any outstanding balance owed under this Agreement. Any outstanding balance owed to iteachTEXAS under this Agreement shall immediately become due and payable without demand or offset."
-"The Candidate agrees that his/her participation in the Program shall be at will. Candidate participation in the Program is not a property right and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a property interest. The Candidate understands that he/she may be dismissed from the Program at any time with or without cause and that he/she may withdraw from the Program at any time without cause. To be released from the Program in good standing all incurred Program fees must be paid in full."
Based upon **************** Letter of Agreement, which was acknowledged and affirmed on November 15, 2022, with her resignation from her teaching assignment, she violated her Letter of Agreement and broke her contract with both her employing school district and iteachTEXAS. Based upon her resignation from her teaching assignment, she was released from the iteachTEXAS program. According to her Letter of Agreement, a refund would not be applicable.
************ may apply and enroll in another Educator Preparation Program to seek her certification.

I am rejecting this response because it still seems unfair to me considering not only my extensive teaching experience of 10 years but also my willingness to complete the field experience at my new school. IteachTEXAS take leaving the classroom and students without a teacher seriously. We explicitly call this out in ones Letter of Agreement and make it clear the ramifications of resigning from ones teaching position. There is no ambiguity in ones responsibility to honor the teaching contract and fulfilling the teacher of record position.
When did resignation from a classroom occurs, it violates the letter of agreement and program participation.
We can not move forward with certification due to your resignation since you are no longer an active participant with iteachTEXAS.

I am rejecting this response because this suggests that a teacher should stay at a school despite the work load and other potential consequences. I was kicked out of the program and my appeal was not taken into account. Again, given the amount of work and teaching and my former principal willing to do whatever it took to help me cross the finish line in my certification should illustrate that I didn't abandon my students in the way it is expressed here. I have a right to the certificate I did the work to acquire. Teachers leave schools for many reasons and to not account for these reasons or allow me the option to continue is in very bad business.Business Response

****,
We understand all that teachers are facing and the ever-changing challenges educators encounter. We ask that teachers in our program honor their commitment to the students in their classroom and not leave their teaching position during the middle of a semester. Leaving the classroom without a certified educator has multiple ramifications; thus, we place in our Letter of Agreement that our teachers remain in their employed teaching position for their two-semester Internship. Given the teacher shortage, all the more reason to stay in your teaching position, honor your contractual agreement, and fulfill your responsibilities to the students in your classroom.
iteachTEXAS was notified by your Field Supervisor that you left your teaching position, and we reached out to you. You were allowed to provide documentation related to your resignation. Still, after review, the ************** determined that you violated your Letter of Agreement and were released from the iteachTEXAS program.
It's important to note that the state of Texas mandates educators to teach for an entire school year under the supervision of an Educator Preparation Program to obtain their initial certification. While you have successfully completed your coursework and testing, it's crucial that you fulfill the state's requirements, including a successful one-year internship and the completion of the state's 5 formal observation requirements, to be eligible for a Standard Teaching Certificate.
I will refer to my previous responses citing your Letter of Agreement and our program's policy on breaking your teaching contract.Customer Answer

Because I had changed schools before, I was actually not aware that a change of schools would have caused this. I had to do what was best for my son as a single mom and the school I left was ****** supportive and even willing for me to do another observation there after my leaving. My new school was open to this as well. Again, having passed all the tests, done all the work in quick time, and taught for 10 years (I did not need a certification at any school I was teaching but I thought I would learn more about teaching and have more opportunities, which is true), this seems incredibly unfair. I have reported this situation to the ********************** since you are giving me no other options. I also do know of people that have changed schools that you have accepted, which also feels unjust.Business Response

We handle each resignation on a case-by-case basis, which is why you were provided the opportunity to appeal the immediate termination of your program participation, as per your Letter of Agreement. While you may have changed schools in the past, you were in your Internship seeking your certification at the time of this resignation under the supervision of iteachTEXAS.
You had questioned the duration of your Field Experience and it was consistently stated to you, "You must be observed by an iteach field supervisor 5 times over the 2 semesters while on an intern certificate".
************, we desire to see our candidates succeed. Regrettably, your resignation from your teaching position mid-semester for another job outside the classroom as a teacher has led to certain consequences. Due to the unexpected nature of your resignation (your principal stated your resignation, "came as a big surprise"), we could not complete your observations and your Internship, as you were moving into a communications role. This, unfortunately, led to the termination of your program participation, as per your Letter of Agreement.
I am happy to respond to any complaint filed with the TEA. However, you are not in compliance with the Texas Administrative Code and are not eligible for a Standard Certificate since you have not completed all licensure requirements. I understand that you had to make a personal decision to leave the classroom but it is not without ramifications - you have not completed program and state requirements for certification and this is not something we can bypass.I would encourage you to seek certification through a new Educator Preparation Program to obtain your Standard Certificate.

************,
To be recommended for your Standard Teacher Certificate, it is crucial to complete all program and state requirements. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend that the ********************** award you a teaching certificate since you did not complete an Internship, a key requirement according to state rules.
As a result of your resignation and violation of your Letter of Agreement, your file with iteachTEXAS was closed.

I was accepted into and completed the ****** teacher certification program only lacking one final test. I passed the ***** test for special education and general education. The reason I did not finish the final test for the program was because I became very ill. After three years of medical testing, I was diagnosed. During this time, I had contacted ****** to continue the program. I only had one test left, but they told me I had to start over from the beginning and repay my tuition and all the fees, which I did. I began the program again, while working as a teacher, with a probationary certificate. Unfortunately, my illness continued to get worse. I resigned from my teaching position because I could no longer work full-time. A year later I found out that I had been misdiagnosed. Initially, I began treatment and my health improved. I contacted ****** to see what my options were. I hoped I would be able to work with them to get back in the program considering I had paid them in excess of $10,000. I was told by the Director that I should go to a different program since I seemed to lack of the motivation to work independently in ******. She ignored my health problems and accused me of being lazy. I have repeatedly requested my records and have had no response.Business Response

************** was enrolled into iteachTEXAS on May 11, 2009 (see ******************* attachment). She was provided with instructional coursework, training, and test approval for all certification testing (see certification testing). ************** took the ***6 Generalist ***** (expired) and the ***12 ***************** TExES through iteachTEXAS. She was not lacking only one test for certification - upon enrollment ************** needed coursework, training, supervision and testing.
According to the Letter of Agreement, candidates have 3 years to complete all program requirements, and once in a Field Experience, all program requirements must be completed by the end of the two semesters (see *******************). To be eligible for her Standard Certificate, ************** must still complete all instructional coursework and the Pedagogy and Professional Responsibilities (***) TExES. The *** TExES is taken once all instructional coursework is completed.
************** completed her Field Experience at *********************** during the 2014/2015 school year.
To date, ************** has paid $4250.00 in Program Fees for instructional coursework, training, testing, program support, and field experience supervision. ************** has paid $4000.00 in Renewal Fees for additional services since all program requirements were not completed (see ** payments).
The coursework completed is dated and no longer recognized by iteachTEXAS as it is from 2015. The Generalist TExES that has been taken has expired by TEA and is no longer valid.
While I can not issue a refund since services have been provided to **************, I have attached a record of her coursework. If additional documentation is needed, please let me know. Under state rule, we are only required to retention documentation for 5 years so I may not have all documents but I can provide what I do have.Initial Complaint

****** neglected to give me information about my testing which impeded my chance at a teaching job. They have a policy in which the content area of the test , TexES Tech Apps EC-12, can only be taken once while teacher certification is being obtained, instead of the 5 times that the ************** permits. If I had known this information prior to taking the test that I missed by 12 points, I could have prepared. Instead, it left me with no other option than to leave my job that the content test passing was required. I have asked for a refund, but they said no according to the "agreement" that I signed. The whole reason I had to leave the program was based on an error on ******'s part. I have to go to another teaching certification program now, and have asked for credit for the classes that I have successfully passed. I was met with a no, that I need to pay for the two classes that I have already passed, at $500 each. I then asked for a full refund, and was also met with a no. For resolution purposes, I ask that either I receive transfer credit for the classes I had taken, or a full refund. I'm so disappointed, because all of this would have been bypassed if they just gave me the information that I needed.Business Response

Testing Policy: 2.06(b)
Information about testing provided to you prior to enrollment:
Introductory Program Overview:
With new state testing requirements effective January 27, 2020, and new accountability standards for educational preparation programs, iteachTEXAS may provide up to the state limit of five (5) attempts in the content area that has been identified for enrollment. If you are not successful on your first attempt in an identified content area, you will be required to complete remediation. You are encouraged to use available 240 Tutoring access (if applicable) and other resources, including coursework, to assist you in preparing for this exam.
Candidates who elect the $99 monthly payment plan will be provided 240 Tutoring access free of charge. If you are unsuccessful on your first test attempt on a test in an area identified for enrollment, then both coursework and outside test preparation will be required for additional test approval.
You can be approved for a one time test approval in a content test outside of your identified area for enrollment only by completing outside test preparation, such as 240 Tutoring, or completing all instructional courses, 5000-5600. If you are unsuccessful on your first test attempt, in an area outside of the content area identified for enrollment, a second, 2nd, test approval will not be granted.
Program FAQ:
Q. I graduated from college a few years ago, and I just am interested in the iteachTEXAS program. I need more time to prepare for my content area test. Do I have to take the content area test as soon as possible, or can I wait a while to allow myself time to study?
A. Upon enrollment, you may be eligible to test up to 5 times in the content area identified for enrollment. If unsuccessful on your first attempt remediation will be required.
Interview Questions (both questions must be answered correctly to pass the Interview):
Q. How many attempts on a TExES content exam in the area identified for enrollment may an iteachTEXAS candidate have? Answer: 5
Initial Email for Acceptance:
A content area has been identified (EC-12 Theater) and is posted to your homepage under the Content Area and Testing box. Your content area has been identified either through a review of your college coursework or testing history, for enrollment based on state and program rule. (These rules are posted for you on your homepage). If your identified area of enrollment does not meet your desired teaching assignment and you meet the state rules that are posted on your homepage in the desired teaching assignment, please email *********************. Once enrolled, this area cannot be changed.
New accountability standards for educational preparation programs, iteachTEXAS may provide up to the state limit of five (5) attempts in the content area that has been identified for enrollment.
Letter of Agreement:
Once accepted into the program, all registration for certification tests must be with the approval of iteachTEXAS. Test approval is at the program's discretion;
If candidates are not successful on a certification test, candidates may be required to participate in outside test review programs that would provide verification of completion prior to test approval.
All correspondence regarding the iteachTEXAS testing policy is provided prior to the acceptance of any money and is solely based upon the candidates voluntary acceptance of the policy.Furthermore, you requested that your account be closed without further financial obligation - all this has been granted to you. Our business model allows for a small payment to be made (you have paid $198) while the larger balance is deferred. The payments made to ****** does not nearly cover all your cost associated with the program. All correspondence has been in alignment to your Letter of Agreement.
To ensure I understand correctly - if I can provide a Candidate Transfer Form indicating that 50 hours of training has been completed, then the complaint will be closed and nothing further from iteachTEXAS will be required. Do I understand correctly?
Please advise.

I started I- teach assuming that it will be like other alternative program. As soon learned that it was it completely different. My issue lies with her. I did not pass my first attempt on exam at the time I had a lot going on. I tried to register for my second attempt, and realized that I teach requires you to do some form of a study before they will approve. Honestly, being a full-time employee, mother and wife be studying guys are just in convenience there quite a few modules that you have to complete. I reached out and request for some form of help with Payment so Im able to be removed from the program. The lady I spoke to you on the phone, which is in that accounting department stated that she is willing to help me, but I would have to actually go through *********************. She was at no point willing to help anyone financially she just kept making the offer and studying and putting down all the other alternative programs. My last email I asked her for help with lowering the remaining balance I had already paid a big amount on the program that honesty I have nothing to show for. This was the last email she sent me below. Also she knows a future job for me is on the line.*******, when the balance is paid, please submit your form.*********************, Ed.D.Founder and Strategic Advisor LogoT: ************ Direct: ************ ************************ www.********** PO Box **** ******, ** ***** ******** icon LinkedIn icon ******* icon So yeah they will not help you at all not understanding and not willing to help. Also offer free 240 tutoring just really doesnt make sense that they make it mandatory when its only your first attempt. But the ************** gives you five attempts.Just do yourself a favor and go with the other programs I know its takes longer for them to process information, but trust you do not want to caught up with this particular programBusiness Response

*******,
I am happy to try and find a resolution. I show you have paid an enrollment fee of @$250.00 with the remaining balance deferred until you are hired as the teacher of record. Please let me know what billing dispute needs to be address. Additionally, I show you were unsuccessful on your first test attempt on the ***12 ***************** test. You can have another test attempt, pending completion of test preparation. I would strong recommend Passage Prep and we can provide you a voucher for free test preparation.
If you are looking to close your account with ******************** and go to another Educator Preparation Program, then you will need to reconcile your balance for services rendered to you. This fee can be paid by calling our payment department at ************.
We have options, please let me know which works best for you.
*********************, Ed.D.

Thank you for your reply, the issue like I stated in my above message that I understand about the test preparation courses that you are requiring to be taken in order to get approved just as far as my daily schedule I have tried, and I have not been successful when completing the modules at a timely matter. The issue that Lyds I need to be registered for retesting as soon as possible, so I am looking to withdraw this program in to be enrolled into another program that doesnt require this. With that being said, I have a remaining balance of 350 I asked if theres anyway that I can be lowered so Im able to pay it off and get my notice to be cleared to be in rolled into another program. ***** has refused to help me with this matter, which is why I put in my complaint, I am reaching out to see if anyone can help me with this matter because unfortunately I do not have time to be able to do the modules in preparation. I feel that I am highly equipped in order to pass my second go around like I stated in my previous communication it was a lot going on in my life at that time and I was trying to reschedule my test but unfortunately I was too late to do so so I just had to take it and I was only seven points away. Again I am reaching out to see if its any compromising to be able to lower my balance. Ive already paid 650 and again I have a remaining balance of 350 and I need this account to be closed as soon as possible and Im just asking for some type of help.

To ensure I have a full understanding, you are asking for the remaining $350 balance to be waived and not to interact with ************** again. If these 2 request are met, you would remove your complaint with iteachTEXAS?
