Due to the sheer negligence of their diesel technician, they blew my just upgraded $25,000 6.0 diesel engine and rendered it useless thereby negating my 5-months of hard work and wasting my entire $25,000 investment in the truck.I presented video evidence to the owner proving that the negligence of his diesel tech caused to destruction of my engine. And when I texted him a few times with no response, finally he responded after I asked for a part of my truck he still had and for his insurance agent's information. His response? The middle finger emoji. youtube.com/watch?v=FEUH

DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLE YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS SHOP. They blew my engine!! Lawsuit pending!I took my truck to them after doing a significant upgrade and rebuild. I had $20k of investment in this truck, all in parts and upgrades. All I wanted was for them to run compression tests and diagnostics. The owner's son convinced me to let them do the MINOR work that was needed in order to get my truck running. I tried to impress upon him how touchy the '03 **** 6.0L engine is, and how any mechanic working on this particular upgraded engine would really need to know what they are doing. It is easy to FUBAR that engine and all of the work I had done. The owner's son assured me that his diesel tech was up to the challenge, so I agreed.Diag and compression testing revealed I needed an new high pressure oil pump (HPOP) and four fuel injectors. I ordered a high-end HPOP, the best available, and I replaced all eight fuel injectors with premium injectors. These are the best parts you can get for this truck. All the guy had to do was take out the old, drain the engine oil (we already identified debris in the oil from the old HPOP), flush the engine with flush or just new oil until it ran clean, install the new parts, then crank it up. Well -- he did everything BUT drain the debris filled oil. Yes, you read that right. The engine ran great for 5 plus minutes -- just enough time for the metal shavings in the existing oil to foul the lifters, snap at least one pushrod, and crack a rocker arm assembly sending yet more debris through my engine. They failed to tell me that the tech didn't drain the original oil. Instead, they attempted to cover up the mistake and have me buy a full set of rocker assemblies for $2k. So now I am $25.5k in parts for a blown engine. To top it off, they charged me $3,000 for the privilege of them blowing my engine and ruining 4-months and $25k worth of work.Yes, I will be taking them to court.
