1 starDid not finish the job, ***** told me to keep the back-end money and figure it out myself. Not happy with any of the work. Several spots on my roof are popping up under the shingles, nail heads bare / not covered on the ridge cap. Did not remove old caulk before applying new caulk. Did not scrape the old chipping paint before applying new paint, thought one coat would cover the old paint and it's cracking a month later. Drip edge cut short in many places. Gutter down spouts leak and they aren't long enough to catch the drip off the corner of the shingles. Overall, a disappointing experience that left me with a headache and not enough money left over to fix these issues. The only good thing I will say is the gutter guy he hired (whom I called) is coming back to replace the entire front gutters that was improperly done.Review fromKristy C

5 starsThank you to BTXteriors and ********************* for the awesome new roof! It looks fantastic! ****, you have been extremely patient with my skepticism . You worked seamlessly and professionally through any problems and stumbling blocks that we encountered you went above and beyond to make this happen. The one day in and out was very impressive. You said theyd be there at 8:30AM, you delivered. Thank you, ****** for keeping me informed on the roof process throughout the day, by taking pictures of the roof, and speaking with me in person. The crew cleaned up all old shingles and paper even blowing off the porch. I have nothing but **************** to say about BTXteriors. The professionalism with this company, and their follow through goes above and beyond. Would I work with BTXteriors again. Would I recommend BTXteriors. YOU Better Believe I would. 5 stars*********************** and BTXteriors are an excellent choice as a roofing contractor. ***** is an excellent businessman who utilizes the most current technology for communication, planning, evaluating and estimating. If you are like me and have a need for information about the process, the products, timing etc. then ***** is definitely your guy. His roofing team, job supervisor, *****, and support personnel are easy to work with and know that ***** expects them to uphold his high standards of completion. I made my first contact with ***** on June 5th and my roof was completed by June 23rd. Most of that time was me making my shingle selection which btw, I love so much! I had a very tight deadline for delivery of the materials and completion of the roof and ***** never hesitated on being able to deliver. 5 starsWe were served very well throughout the entire project. ****** even fought the insurance company and convinced them to cover it! The whole roof was done in one day with an exceptional crew. ***** was a fantastic organizer, both professional and friendly. We highly recommend BTX!

5 starsAfter the recent hailstorm, I needed to have my roof and gutters replaced. My insurance company recommended BTXteriors and I'm glad they did!***** and his teamwent above and beyondtopromptly and professionally replace the roof and gutters. They recommended some additional work that I had needed as well. The pricing was reasonable. They worked with my insurance company. And the work was top-notch quality! 100% recommend!BT Xteriors LLC
