8/2022 ************************* (J & J Construction) was hired for a home remodel. 10/ 2022 We confronted **** about theft of property, bad tape and bed work, electric not working properly, concerns about plumbing work. I **** up a contract and sent it to him. It was not signed but he continued to work and make right our concerns. Electric was one. After two failed attempts, 1/20 I hired a licensed electrician to fix the work. **** was aware, and agreed to pay for the work. 1/27 **** brought someone to work on the electricity without our consent. He contacted us after work was done and told us it was all fixed except but our new vent a hood was burned out. I contacted **** about this issue and after a heated conversation he decided to stop responding to my calls/texts. I refuse to pay the remainder of the balance of his final bill until all of these issues are addressed or corrected by a licensed professional. **** has had multiple people working on my plumbing and we had an issue with crossed water lines in the bathroom, and a pipe leak that wasn't fixed the first time and had to be fixed again. I asked him to unclog my drain because someone had clogged it with white debris and residue. He text me that he snaked the drain. I confronted him about it after removed debris and hair from drain and provided him pictures that it wasn't cleaned out. There is still white residue in our shower and debris from paint or texture.I want licensed professional to look over the plumbing to make sure there are no issues and any corrections be made at ***************************** expense. I want all of the items that were stolen from my property replaced. **** was given a list of exact items in October. I want my vent a hood fixed or replaced at ***************************** expense. The only person(s) that did any electrical or plumbing to the house were employees of J & J Construction or individuals contracted by **************************Inspection report shows no issues with plugs and switches that are now faulty.
