    The Creekmore reported $1,841.00 to my credit report through Rent Recovery Solutions. I do not owe them any money. I was never notified by Creekmore or Rent Recovery Solutions via phone, letter or email that there was an outstanding balance. I only learned of this when I saw it on my credit report. I called Rent Recovery Solutions and they said that Creekmore did not give them any details as to what the charges were for and I would have to contact Creekmore. Creekmore is not returning my emails or phone calls. I have paid all my rent, fees, ect. before moving out of the Creekmore. I never incurred any fees that were unpaid that I was informed of. I never broke my lease.

    Former tenant left the unit in horrendous condition with furniture, trash as well as fleas. The attached photos show the condition of the unit. The former tenant also stayed 14 days past her lease expiration and did not pay rent for those days.

    My wife took payment in full to the property for an old balance I owed. My wife was told paying the property directly instead of the debt collection company would be cheaper for us as the debt agency would charge us extra. When my wife paid, the property manager told her she would report the payment next day to the debt collection company, and then the collection company would report the account closed to the credit bureaus in about 7 days. As of 10:30 on 6/3/24, the debt collection company still has not received confirmation from Creekmore the balance has been paid. It has been six weeks since it was paid, as proved by the receipts, and yet this payment has not been reported to creditors or credit agencies. At this time, I have disputed the balance with the debt collection agency (who still have not received payment confirmation from Creekmore), and Experian.
