I am so pleased with the foundation work that Allied did for me! Thanks to the drought in summer 2023, my foundation shifted and needed leveling. I noticed diagonal cracks around a window and in some of the brick outside. I called them for an inspection, which is free. They completed the inspection and then sent me a drawing/proposal for the work needed. I then set up an appointment with them to have the work done. Please note that they are very busy because lots of people have had foundation issues thanks to our weather, so be patient. The crew arrived on time, were very professional and thorough and finished much sooner than I anticipated. Once the work passed city inspection the next day, the crew came back and backfilled the holes and patched concrete where needed. They even spread the extra dirt in low areas of my yard. My house is level once again and the cracks have disappeared! I think the price was very fair and it is backed by a lifetime warranty. They provided a great experience from start to finish and I highly recommend them!

The Allied Foundation crew did an amazing job. They were very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had both prior to and during the work. When the job was finished they did a very thorough cleanup and left no mess.

I am really impress with this company. I requested 6 foundation companies to look at my home. 12 years ago ****** foundation company leveled the foundation for the original owner. Their work failed. They would not honor their warrantee, so I was left holding the bag. Out of the 6 companies I called 4 showed up. 3 of the companies wanted 6-24,000 thousand dollars for repairs. I believe they wanted to take advantage of me because ****** Foundation left me high and dry. I saw an allied truck in my neighborhood. I stopped and talked to the Forman and I was really impressed on how he took the time to speak to me. I called them and Louis came to my house. Louis represented Allied in a very professional manner. He did not try to over sell me, pin pointed what the problem was and provided me a fix. What really shocked me was the price, per pier Allied was almost half the cost of the lowest quote. February 2024 I had 11 piers installed. It took them about 4 hours, from start to finish. I watched they work and they worked as a team and knew what they were doing. The worked they did solved the problem. The back half of my garage dropped 1", causing a 1/8" crack in my foundation. After the piers were installed the cracked closed up tight and the meter measured a level between the garage and main house. The workers did a great job as far as clean up and dirt work. I received a life time warranty for the work they did, no questions. They most important issue for me was fixing the problem, that they did. Louis was spot on with his assessment of the problem. For those of you that read these review's I strongly recommend Allied Foundation for any foundation issue. I take my home very seriously, I spent 38 years in Law Enforcement. I tell it like it is and I am very impressed with these fokes.

We got our foundation repaired in December 2023 with Allied Foundation. From the Luis, the estimator to the crew that came out to do the repairs...all were top notch !!! Friendly, professional, and efficient. They took the time to explain what would happen and answered all my questions thoroughly. The day that the work was to be done...the crew worked diligently to get the job done as timely as possible and cleaned up after themselves. i was even asked to inspect to see if there was anything that needed to be done. Making sure i was satisfied with how everything looked after the work was done. That was impressive and very much appreciated. I was referred to them by a friend and i would certainly pass along the recommendation to anyone i know that is in need.
