I hired *** and ********* of Just Add Water back in 2021 in November. I hired them(Just Add Water) to fix my pool and to replace the liner as per our agreement. *** cashed my check immediately and prior to completing work, he asks for funds to cover supplies upfront. I have made the following payments in check format made out to *****************; 11/29/21 $2,000.00, 12/3/21 $850.00, 12/6/21 $1,000.00, and one final check payment in the amount of $500.00 on 12/10/21. These checks were for the repair of the pool walls and structure. I paid an additional $2,478.00 on 12/21/21 via credit card; which was to order a new liner. I can see that he has cashed all of my check payments. The Liner was paid on CC, I received a receipt from Just Add Water not the company in which the liner was purchased from. I have made multiple attempts to reach both *************** for resolution of this matter and most often do not get an answer, I have left several messages for both on multiple attempts. I have the business phone #, ***** phone# and *********** phone #. I have created a fraud dispute on my *********** credit card for the $2,478.00 payment to Just Add Water using ******* *********** said the transaction cleared on 12/22/21 using square.com. I communicated to the owners that I feel like I am being taken advantage of and all it did was make *** Angry. He has sent a few inappropriate/angry texts to me in response to my multiple attempts to contact. When I do get ahold of them I get excuses and never any work. As of 5/10/22 I can no longer contact them because I am blocked or they are declining my calls. I want a full refund since I have paid for the entire project which is $6,828 in service, labor, & parts. The work he had completed has deteriorated from sitting idle and now additional work is needed to fix it correctly. *********** is only able to assist with the $2,478 charged however, I believe I should be refunded entirely as I still do not have a working pool, or a liner.
