    I purchased the MXBA002 western style work boot, Worst $275 dollars I have ever spent, The sole came completely off after 7 months, Twisted X said there is nothing we can do because your boots were purchased at boot barn who has a 6 month warranty, After reading multiple reviews just like mine I strongly suggest no one ever purchases boots from this sham of a company.

    I was given Twisted X MCA0007 shoes as a gift, shich my nephew paid cash for in Oct 2024.I wore them a couple of times and the sole completely fell apart. I contacted the store, that than told me to contact the company, that than sent me back to the store, to again be sent back to the company. The company said they cant do anything about it after wasting my time giving me the run around. I wore them a couple of times and they are still in great condition. The store Boot barn could not track a proof of purchase for them, since my nephew paid cash. I do not understand why twisted X makes customer service so difficult, if their product is poorly produced. I'm upset that I am out of $150 pair of shoes. I know have to find a better company to buy my shoes from because it sure isn't this

    I have model MCW0005. "8" yrs owned as work boot with horses. Never exposed to light and I do NOT tuck my jeans into boots. Thought they were beautiful. Well BEWARE!! Now each boot diff color green. It's like night an day!! Never in my 64 years working horses and thus having many many cowboy boots have I ever experienced anything like this. "Qulity" I think NOT! The word is out as I show every rancher etc. that I come across. Visual speaks! If this site allowed photo I would post, but I do not see that option. Bottom line I should have NEVER bought Twisted x!! How embarrassing!!

    I am sorry to hear this person is having trouble with their boots. They didn't mention the retailer they bought them from which would be the point of contact for any problems with the boots.

    Twisted X does not sell direct to customer and only through our retail partners. As such, we have an agreement with our retail partners that we will not work directly with end consumers so the retailer is allowed to retain them as a customer. 

    I would suggest they contact their retailer and the retailer can work with the customer to resolve the problem.

    I want to start by saying I was a loyal customer to **********************. My family of 4 all have multiple pairs of their shoes. My most recent pair didn't even last me a year. I wore them for 6 months and they fell apart. Holes in the sides, soles peeling, laces stripped, and holes on the inside. I contacted the store, that than told me to contact the company, that than sent me back to the store, to again be sent back to the company. The company said they cant do anything about it after wasting my time giving me the run around. They said excessive wear and tare.. I wore them normally for 6 months nothing I could have done would have made them fall apart the way they did. It wasn't just one aspect of them that was falling apart either, the shoes seriously disintegrated. When Twisted X could no longer blame the store they than blamed me and refused to replace my shoes. They than said in the future contact the store earlier.. the store claims to have no contract with them so I don't know why they keep giving me this misinformation. Im upset that I am out a $150 pair of shoes but am also upset that I stood behind this company for years to be than treated like I don't matter. I now have to find a better company to buy my shoes from because it sure isn't this one.
