We back our installation process with a guarantee that any conventional water heater shown on our website can be installed the same business day (including Saturday) the order is placed.
If you place an order before 2:00 pm Monday - Saturday, and we can't install your water heater that day, we'll pay you $50 when your installation is completed by Same Day. (And of course we'll apologize too.)
Same Day Water Heater Honesty Policy:
We would like to assure you that you have made the right decision when you chose Same Day Water Heaters. We feel so confident in our pricing and knowledge of the State and Local Laws that we want to share our "Honesty Policy" with you. What that means to you is this: The estimate that you receive on the phone or the web is preliminary. After a complete onsite inspection of your existing water heater, our licensed plumber will inform you of what additional parts and labor are required by State or Local Law. If any installed item is deemed not needed when inspected by your local plumbing inspector, the amount of that item will be fully refunded when verified with the municipal plumbing inspector. In fact, if the inspection reveals an item that was required that we did not install, that item will be installed at no additional charge to you. It's on us.
We don't take advantage of a hot water emergency and charge unreasonably.
