I found the broken shards of my bumper still on the ground. *********************, so called risk manager, is anything but his title. His job is to infuriate you until you give up. They wont provide their insurance information. Theyll leave you with no choice but to use your own insurance. Wish they did the right thing.

Mr. ******* statement is not accurate except for stating we caused damage to his vehicle. We did cause damage to the rear of his vehicle and accepted liability. He provided an estimate and after having it reviewed the cost was almost double what it should have been. We requested a second estimate to compare/discuss and Mr. ******* became very irritated and unwilling to discuss or get a second estimate. As for our insurance, I gave detailed information as to how a valet company is insured. We have a self insured retention (SIR) if $10,000. Our carrier does not become involved until a damage claim exceeds this cost. We handle all matters internally being the reason for my position with the company. Our carrier would direct Mr. ******* back to me being the cost of his repairs do not meet the threshold for them to become involved. When I requested the second estimate Mr. ******* became very agitated and stated he would just turn it into his carrier. I will resolve the matter with his insurance carrier if he has submitted his claim to them or can discuss a second estimate as originally discussed. Thank you.
