            I perched a car from Traditional auto on June 24, 2023. On July 19, the car would not start. It was still under warranty, they picked it up and said it was fixed. It ran for about a week. Furthermore, it stopped again, I took it back they called and said it was fixed. On the fifth, I went to start the car again. I called the guy who sold me the car no longer works there; However, I asked to speak to the manager. He assured me it would be fixed or see what other option they have. I want a refund, the car is a not running.

            Sent a family member to this company to purchase a vehicle. My family member salesperson took my name down called me to get the correct spelling of my name and told me they put it down for me to get the 200 referral fee. Well when it was time to pay up the *********************** over the referral told me no I can't get the referral even though my name was put down. This company advertised all of the refer a friend and get 200 but when it was time to pay me no one knows. I asked for the owners info and was told oh we don't know who it is smh. I will never EVER send anyone else to this company to purchase a vehicle simply because of a guy that want give me my referral fee. Bad for business at the end of the day. I regret even purchasing my car from them.

            I'm sorry to hear of this. We stand behing our referral fee and take them very seriously. Customer referrals are a vital part of our business. We do need any referral information to be stated at the time of the sale, however it's my understanding that was not the case with this particular deal. Referral fees are gladly paid out at Traditional Autos.
