    Date of this incident was October 21st 2023 Amount paid $1,1924.12 I brought my Yukon XL on 21st of October for a brake inspection and a check engine light. I was greeted and helped by ***** a service advisor. I had a special needs kid and asked for a loaner that would seat 7 but was given one that would seat 6. I chalked it up to maybe they do not have a larger one at the time. I made it work nonetheless. I received a text a few hours that I need spark plugs for the car and approved them. The spark plugs were installed later Monday afternoon with a follow-up that the unit was completed. I was going to pick up the following day when the text was followed possibly 30 to an hour later that there was another problem that the car would no start and that a new starter was installed and the felx plate was cracked. At no time did the service team follow the process that is in place as told to me by the Service Manager. I was simply told this repair would be 3k.The first question I had is the car started perfectly when it arrived. Could there have been another issue possibly but it was unbeknownst to me. I am put in a position to go off what was told but don't know if what was told is true. As a consumer, we bring our vehicles to the manufacturer because we believe they are the best place for it to be brought not a nonmanufacturer technician. The Service Manager did call me as I requested and left a message telling me that there were some issues with the car and that we would need to approve the starter that I did not authorize or they could put the other back in and we could have it towed out. . I know there are probably many good experiences that are provided here but this one was not. The car sounds terrible as was told and will need to look for a new vehicle or get repaired. Brake bulbs were charged to the ticket and I never approved them. The director ******** did not respond to any of my emails.Semper Fi

    My name is ***************************. I am about to submit a complaint about the organization. My father and I purchased a vehicle a little over a year ago from Sewell *************************. I feel very ripped off at this point We met with our sales rep for 2 days before closing the deal and putting down my savings and a hefty down payment for me. At the time we purchased or thought we purchased a maintenance contract, warranty contract, and everything that comes with a pre-owned vehicle. As expected when I tried to use the maintenance contract I am 100% confident that we were told would cover service (oil changes, rotation tires, etc) for at least the next five times we bring the vehicle for service. I brought my vehicle in for service(2nd service).. They stated that you didn't buy the maintenance contract, or we see the contract in here but not with your name. Ironically, 2 other people were in there complaining about the same thing. I feel hoodwinked. I have talked to Sewell salesman and finance and they are like know you just have extended. I literally put down an additional ****** for the maintenance contract and everything that came with getting the vehicle Infiniti certified. Now no one knows what I am referring to. I feel like it is a ploy to get individuals to spend their hard-earned money for peace of mind and then it backfires. Again, I know this is not happening in isolation because of the 2 other people who were literally saying the same exact thing. I need this warranty honored or I need the ****** back that I paid to have that warranty. I want to discuss further with someone who can really help and make decisions.
