    I bought my car back in March 2024. I was making my payments on time and then the company where I got the car from theyhad shut that facility down. I try making the payments to the cash app that I originally was making the payments to the payment was always sent back then its been a year now here it is May. I never tried to hide the car. I didnt take the tracker out the car, but then I go outside on Tuesday evening. My car was gone so I finally was able to get in contact with Imd Motors and they say yeah they had repossessed the car sothey told me well if you pay ********************************************************************************************************************************************* the middle of the transaction, the owner of Imd Motors stops the transaction and states that he changed his mind about letting me pay the 4500. He wantedthe whole ****** for the vehicle now remind you hes been talking to my Director and also all last Tuesday night and all Wednesday morning I was told I can pay the 45 and now they wont even allow me to even get the vehicle back which it was not even my fault that I havent paid on that car I have tried reaching out to the number that I had never got anyone. One of the salesman says that he reached out to me in May on a Monday stating hey how are you? Is this ****** ***** well first of all I went through all 153 messages neverreceive a text messages of anything like that from a ********************************************************************************************************** contact with you so Im gonna pursue a lawsuit.     Customer bought the vehicle through financing and hasnt made a payment 7/26/2024 so we decided to reposess the vehicle. Customer didnt reach out to try to make payments. she was advised that she was behind with repo fees $4500.00. Due to the customer being 10 months with out a payment we required her to payoff the full amount of the car.

    I put 3000 down on a dodge challenger from imd motors car lot in the begging of march and after not even two months the car will not start. When I called the lady I Spoke to told me there is nothing they can do. To this day the car is still not running and im.not able to make it to work some days because the car will not start. I have spent over ********************************************************************** identified. I feel taken advantage of and not safe in this vehicle. It's displaying service transmission. The dash lights won't go off the gear shift won't stop blinking I had to disconnect battery so it doesn't drain it and still to this day the car won't start. And I'm left stranded. After wasting 3000 dollars.

    Subject: Complaint Against **************Dear Better Business Bureau,This letter is to formally file a complaint against ************** located at ***********************************On January 17, 2025, I purchased a 2017 **** Escape from ************** for my daughter. I was assured by the dealership that the vehicle was safe, in good condition, and had been inspected.However, within 20 minutes of driving, the front drivers side tire on the vehicle popped and came completely off. Upon inspection, I discovered that the front two tires were over four years old and had extreme wear and tear, posing a significant safety hazard to my daughter. This incident occurred on a major freeway, placing her in immediate and life-threatening danger.That day, she replaced the two front tires. However, the vehicle then failed to start and required a jump start. Shortly after starting, the engine light illuminated, and a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) with a severity level of 2/3 was detected, indicating a potential engine problem.Given the safety concerns arising from the tire issue, the car not starting twice now, and the subsequent engine problem, I do not feel safe driving the vehicle. I have contacted ************** to request that they retrieve the vehicle for inspection and repair but the refuse to do so and expect us to have it towed out of pocket.

    I financed a 2019 ******** 300 through this dealership put my down payment of $2500 and left with the car. About a month later the dealer ship asked me to come in and resign some paperwork saying they were switching financing so I go in and sign the paperwork and I left with the car. So few weeks later they text me saying that the finance people went off the agreement because I lost my job in the process but I havent missed any payments. So the deal ship said we have a problem but I told them long as I make my payments then theres no problem. So two weeks later they come and get the car from my yard

    Mr. ***** was released from his job and the bank wouldnt finalize the loan because he didnt have employment verification. contacted numerous times to figure it out but refused to. left us no choice but to protect our asset and get it back. after fees and with a new key made also repairs to vehicle and recleaning to the vehicle there wasnt anything left from the downpayment.

    Im not in agreement with their decision because regardless of me losing my job in between a contract was signed so I think that should be honored. They chose to switch finance companies because they didnt want to put a kill switch on the car when the first finance company asked them. So either way I signed another contract and I think they should be honored because I didnt default on any parts of the contract. No where in the contract says that I have to keep a job, but it does say that I must make payments and didnt miss any

    The bank couldnt finalize the loan due to having belief that the customer couldnt make the payments because not having stable income. we have asked mr ***** to come back in and try to come in figure something out and refused to come in on multiple occasions. We are willing to refund some of the down payment after fees.

    Transaction Date: Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2024 Transaction Amount: $500 Merchant: IMD Motors Registered Agent: **** **** Good afternoon, On 09/11/24 I was shopping for cars at IMD Motors Inc in *********. I arrived at the dealership around 2pm and test drove multiple cars. After I narrowed down to 3 options, the sales professional recommended that we proceed with a credit application and put numbers together. After running my credit, I was flat denied because of a poor credit rating. We attempted to get my mother to co-sign and re-work the deal that way. In order to proceed, the co-signer needed to send proof of income. It was around 8pm at night at this point and my mother couldn't produce acceptable documentation on her income because she wasn't sure how to use online banking. She volunteered to go to the bank the next day and have them fax over the proof of income. The sales *** then said "we've been working this for so long. Can you at least give me your card to hold a $500 deposit until tomorrow so my owner (Rocky) knows that you are serious? I asked ***** the sales person that as long as he can guarantee the deposit will either applied to the car I purchase or refunded, I will reluctantly agree to provide my card. ***** confirmed and I handed him my card and ID for the $500 payment. The next day, my mom and dad talked and withdrew their offer to co-sign for the car. They wanted me to buy a cash car until I get back on my feet to avoid a large car payment. (I have four kids and my wife is expecting in February 25. I just changed jobs and am going through severe financial hardship as is) I reached out to ***** my sales person, notified him I lost my co-signer and could not get approved for the car without one, and requested the $500 be refunded. Since then, I have received no explanation, no response, and no communication from Rocky, ****** or IMD Motors. Please assist me in getting my $500 credited back to the card ending in 9238 on 09/11/24.

    I Put $2500 down on 2015 Jeep. My vehicle motor blown a month and a half after purchasing vehicle. When I mentioned to the car lit vehicle was disabled and was view at mechanic shop. I payed for towing. The mechanic shop stated car lit sold me a lemon. Engine is gone , ca run hot and once it was brought to **** attention at car lot they told me the were not fixing vehicle. A ban contacted me name sensible auto telling me they bought out my loan ****** will now pay them. I told them car has not been running for now almost 2 months and when I mentioned to ****** about defects they make excuses not to fix it and even said the guy who explained engine was blown they accused him of blowing engine. . My payments wont go thru to sensible auto my card throws the payment back as. Fraud and no one car my vehicle is disabled please help. I have paid them over 4000$ and they are not responding . There was discrepancies between payments and policies. Car lot sold me a vehicle that did not past inspection and I didnt know until car lot called me the week after I had car asking to bring vehicle back to do inspection at Imd motors

    Good Afternoon.

    IMD MOTORS is taking care of mechanical issues when customer notifies directly to the shop by a phone call, email or text messages, we provide towing and warranties on engine and transmission issues when it applies. On this specific case, due to the fact that the customer towed the vehicle to unknown and external mechanic shop without notifying the dealership for any FAQS, there is no way to control who is working on the vehicle and what exactly happened before vehicle motor blown.

    We have been responding to ******************** complains since we got notify on the issues, last time we communicate with ****************** was by June 15th, 2023. At ************ as you can confirm on the Attachments.

    All vehicles have to past inspection after to be fix at the dealership and before selling at any specific time, however and as it is known it expires after 3 months, so we have to make a new one before transferring depending on the sale date. ****************** already pick up metal plates and  registration on time without issues.

    I am rejecting this response because:   The car lot rejected from fixing the car once I brought it to their attention back on April  15 that vehicle was running hot and was not running. I have proof of being rejected for car being serviced. Only concerns that car lot and sensible auto were concerned about was insurance on the car. Car lot presented discrepancies in policies. I was told I was in house payment all the way up til mid may when I brought to their attention car was running hot. I was told on may the 5th and I have proof of phone conversation recorded from sensible auto tell me they have been my Lien holders from 3/15/23. The day my car started running hot I called to shop and I was being questioned about ins. While me and my kids were sitting on the side of the road. So I had to call roadside assistance off my Job benefits to tow the car. Because ****** told me they do not tow and could not fixed car. When the car was towed the mechanic did a diagnostic no work and he said ****** sold me a car with bad engine. No work was done. When I contacted the lot again I was told **** that since the car was towed they refused to do work . I could not leave my car in the middle of the store parking lot. I have conversation recorder between ************** and sensible auto. *** asked for a refund and I got hung up on. The shop is 100% refusing and I was submitting my payment no problem until they refused to pay and the carlot just text me as of yesterday after refusing to fix the car. And when I tired to submit my payment its coming back as fraud for their merchant they expect me to pay for a non running car that they have made excuses not to fixed. Phone full of call I was calling them and anger people at the car lot yelling saying what they refuse to do. Last past 3 weeks Ive been speaking with attorney because they bbb are ridiculous and Im not alone on being sold are car with major motor or transmission problems

I they started hollering in phone saying they refuse weeks ago to fix and this has cause me a burden. Ask for payment receipt I was NEVER behind

    On December 16, 2022, I paid $3,000.00 down for a vehicle that was illegally sold to me, according to ***** law. *********** law prohibits a used vehicle that cannot pass state inspection requirements from being sold to consumers. This dealership knowingly sold me a vehicle that required major repairs directly related the vehicle's inability to pass state inspection. I immediately informed them the next day after signing the paperwork as they assured me it was 'just a sensor' and they would replace it after. Of course, they ignored my requests to remedy this situation and I have all text messages saved, in order to prove this. I am now demanding a full refund of all monies paid to them by me in relation to this vehicle purchase. If refund is not given, I will proceed to file a complaint against the dealership with the ***** Attorney General.
