  Highly recommend Bold Auto Transport. Recently inherited my father in laws 1985 ******** Seville and had to urgently relocate it 185 miles across the state of ******* due to sale of his home. Car was not drivable so needed a reliable transport company. ******** at Bold was amazing! Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She understood my urgency and promised that if I gave her at least 3-5 days' notice they would guarantee my transfer. I notified her 7 days in advance for a pickup on Tuesday, June 17. She said that she would call me on Monday to confirm time. Sure enough Monday morning I received a call to confirm the Tuesday pickup between 11am and 1pm. Received an additional call Tuesday morning to once again confirm the time. The transport showed up at 11:10 am and 4 hours later it was delivered across the state to my mechanic....all for the price PROMISED! Completely hassle free.

  Scheduled a car transport from April 29th, received a confirmation email from bold auto for that as well as a confirmation that it was assigned to a trusted carrier. The representative called me in the morning the day prior to departure, June 7th, informing me of a fee, as well as a increased rate than what was communicated during the call and the email I received. While scheduling the transport I was informed its best to reserve then rather than close to departure to secure my cost and their would be no additional charges waged. I know the cost can vary but my primary grievance is there was no communication updating that I no longer had a carrier, the cost would change, and no advance notification except less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.

  I scheduled a vehicle pickup for the timeframe of May 2628, 2025. On May 28, I received a call from a ***resentative informing me that the earliest pickup date would now be May 31after our scheduled departure from ********** on May 30. This last-minute change was extremely frustrating and completely disrupted our plans. To make matters worse, the ***resentative suggested I leave my keys with someone else, which I found both unprofessional and unacceptable. I expected the company to honor the original agreement. This experience has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend this service to others. The *** that schedule me was ********.

Were genuinely sorry this experience didnt meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to *********** like to clarify a few important points regarding your order:Pickup Location: The vehicle was scheduled for pickup from *******************************, which is a secured military installation. Access to this location requires truckers to have a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential), something not all carriers possess. This naturally limits driver availability and can slightly extend scheduling.Original Pickup Window: Your requested timeframe was May 26 to 28. While we initially faced delays due to limited TWIC-certified drivers, we did secure a truck for pickup on May 30, still within a manageable window considering the restricted location. Unfortunately, the order was canceled before that could be executed.Communication: On May 28, we proactively updated you with the soonest available options, including the May 30 truck. We also offered the possibility of leaving the keys with a trusted contact, a common and safe solution used by many customers to prevent scheduling conflicts. This was not intended to be ******************************************* Once the order was canceled, we were unable to complete the job. However, its important to note that we were prepared to cover any additional cost ourselves to ensure the vehicle was transported on time if we had been allowed to ********** Bold Auto Transport, we take pride in delivering reliable service, especially for military families and base logistics. We regret that this situation led to a cancellation and hope you can see that we acted in good faith, under real logistical constraints.Thank you again for your feedback.   This company was absolutely amazing and **** was helpful throughout the entire process, pickup and delivery was as promised and car was delivered in excellent condition!   My husband and I live in *******, and my parents were wanting to ship a used vehicle up to us. I started the research process with the hope of finding a place that was A) local to ***/TX, B) straightforward and easy to work with, and C) committed to shipping the vehicle in a timely and cost-effective manner. Bold met all of those expectations and more. We worked with *****, who was able to quickly set us up with a driver and a pick-up date. ***** was professional, helpful, and easy-to-reach from beginning to end. The driver, Maxim, was courteous and worked quickly. Pickup happened in ********** on a Monday, and the vehicle was dropped off, in perfect condition, in ******* on a Friday. Pretty amazing stuff. Please use these folks for your auto transport needs, especially if you are shipping out of ***. They are excellent and a rarity.

  We had Bold Auto Transport deliver our new Corvette from ***** to ******* and the process was extremely easy and worked out perfectly. They were able to pick up our car the day it was ready to go and got it here right when they said it would be. ***** and ******** were very nice and made it so easy to get this accomplished. Thank you so much!!!

  Bold Auto Transport is a premium transport company and ******** ia the glue that holds the standard. ***** prices brought me in but ******** is the reason I stay. Use bold and see the difference. A great personal touch.
