Please never, never use this company. They are rude, inappropriate and are only in business for their bottom line, not for your trees and certainly not for you! This company made an agreement with me last week. I signed the contract on Monday, July 24, 2023 and sent it to them by way of cell phone photo. I never heard a word about the contract of when they would do the work. The work was to remove a medium size tree in the front yard and to TRIM TWO SMALL BRANCHES ABOUT 4-3 FEET BACK FROM BRANCH. I was in a doctor's ****** this morning and did not take my phone. When I got out from the doctor's ****** I had received a phone call from them telling me they were at my property trimming my trees. I was in shock. No appointment, no notification of date for the work, just came by and started. By the time I arrived they had removed three very large branches from my lovely American Elm in the back which I only wanted two branches trimmed 3-4 feet back. I now have no "screen" from ny neighbor house and his large screen TV in the back room from my back yard. This is a violation of rights, it is tresspassing and it is thieft of my property. Never, Never, Never use this company. If all this is not enough the owner, **************** uses his fake religion to try to put you down when you do not agree with his unprofessional, rude and ruthless tactics. Beware, he uses the Lord's name to defend his activities which are illegal, unethical and unprofessional. This man is not sane, this group of people have one idea in mind, getting your money any way they can. That is all they want. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. I really do not want to leave one star.
