    This company let's their towers illegally tow people vehicles and take vehicles to a far destination, so you have to pay some ridiculous rate. They have towed my vehicle 2x illegally and had to pay money for an illegal tow. Apparently their towers don't follow whatever system to see whether a vehicle is registered or not, just tow your car . Enough is enough

    I have apologized to Mr ******* He is right about towing his car twice. The driver made a mistake and now knows the proper procedure. I am in the process of refunding his money now.

    My car was towed from my covered spot I pay for monthly that is registered under my name and is a part of my lease contract. My vehicle is also registered under my name. I was told tow was valid because my car wasnt registered in the new online profile that I had no knowledge about!!! *** lived here since 2020 and Ive never had this happen. I was told to dispute the transaction once I paid to get my car back and once I reached out to dynamic to recover my funds they would not reimburse me, although I was told over the phone to move forward with the dispute. No one is taking accountability for lack of communication and INVALID tow.

    The tow was reviewed and the resident was responded to. Unfortunately, there was no refund available for this tow.

    This company inappropriately towed not according to property signage and instructions. There is nobody to get a hold of at the "office".

    The dispute process is in writing only, so that there is a record of every dispute. This car was parked in retail parking without proper parking credentials.

    My car was in my parking space I just got my plates and everything the office didnt issue a tow sticker or anything for my car to be towed its registered so Im still trying to figure out why my care was towed

    My vehicle was towed from an apartment complex despite being registered. My vehicle was legally parked, so I dont understand was it was towed. I can only assume it was an attempt to steal my vehicle.Ive called 469 # multiple times with no response. Also, 972 # keeps sending me back to ***************** and the storage facility continues to tell me its not the correct number for dynamic towing despite it being on my invoice and on dynamic towings website. Ive also emailed jc.dynamictowing, which was also on my invoice.I am requesting a full refund for fees that I was charged.

    Ive been ************ since Ive move inin may never got towed but today I get towed after leaving going to the mailbox how is it possible Ive been ************ day and nite for 4 months and never get towed until I walk to the mailbox
