I want to warn anyone whose paying for a title policy on real property that Sendera Title Company, led by their CEO, ******* ***************, are so corrupt that they shouldn't be allowed to continue as a business. I'm a real estate broker and represented a client who had accepted a contract from a developer.
Just before closing the buyer wanted to extend the closing but both buyer and seller had previously agreed their would be no extension. In order to persuade my clients to extend, the buyer agreed to pay a an additional fee to the sellers that would be non-refundable. The sellers accepted the extension amendment. The buyers attorney wrote the extension and after a couple of changes the seller signed.
Again, right before the new closing the buyer wanted to extend and this is when Sendera Title Company became negligent and unethical.
A title company is to treat all parties equally and without bias. The buyer was suppose to electronically transfer the extra non-refundable money into the escrow account but what he did is contact ********************, the ceo, and without the sellers knowledge, Sendera allowed the buyer to lie that the first extension amendment was voided and here comes their new amendment. When I learned of this illegal act I spoke to ******************** and he avoided my questions, deflected the conversation and refused to send me a copy of the documents that changed the entire transaction without telling me (the sellers) about it.
Sendera thus broke all ***** insurance laws by doing so. Due to the unethical and fraudulent actions by Sendera Title Company after ignoring the contract and going along with the buyer, the entire transaction fell a part after six months.
This was only a small portion of the incompetent and unethical behavior committed by Sendera. This is a warning to anyone involved with a title company to stay away from this one.

I have read **** *****'s review of Sendera Title and respectfully disagree with his comments. I became directly involved with the transaction and began direct communications with him around July of this year. As I communicated to Mr. ***** during the transaction on many occasions and as I restate in this response, the issues that he references are issues solely between the Seller and Purchaser. I advised Mr. ***** that the Title Company was simply the "middleman," was not part of the contact negotiations, and had no control, or ability to control the actions of the Seller or Purchaser.

The Title Company spent countless hours working on the transaction and was not compensated. The Title Company followed the terms of the contract presented, as amended, and the instructions of the parties. The Title Company, like Mr. *****, is disappointed that the transaction did not close, but bears no responsibility for its failure to close.
