    This 2 hour service was paid $49.99 for a prescription refill on 1/2/2025. Claimed that because of higher volume of patients that they would get to my order as soon as they could. 1/8/2025 still no prescription refill. Requested a refund and call-on-doc is refusing to refund my money for unfulfilled prescription refill.

    I purchased a call on doc visit on 12-27-2024 and have not received any service. I was supposed to receive a visit within ***** hours for a prescription refill. Now it is January 7th and no progress.

    I have a subscription for a prescription refill. I'm billed quarterly ($69.99) and am automatically sent the medicine by mail order. I see a withdraw from them in early December and contacted them in late December when I hadn't received my medicine and was running out. After 9 days, I still do not have an answer. After a couple days, they said the withdraw doesn't necessarily correspond to the medicine being mailed and they needed to look into it. I told them that regardless of that, I am due to get the medicine. They touted the subscription plan as automatic refill and delivery by mail. Later, I got a canned response that they are terribly busy. I would think the people that have already paid for a service would be priority. I have a few days left of medicine and have asked them to send a prescription to a local pharmacy instead until the problem can be figured out. I cannot get them to answer me. Very frustrating and disappointing!

    Call On Doc. Ask for refill for prescription. Pay ***** per quarter. Refill was requested 4 days ago numerous phone calls ,emails after emails even filled out a new request for refill. Very important drug. No reply what so ever other than they are behind because of the holiday. Dont think anyone could be that far behind. I need my refills to be sent to the pharmacy they are very important . I totally very dissatisfied with this company. I was a faithful member for years.

    I paid to be seen on 1/5/2025 and they told me I would hear back within 2 hours. Well it has been multiple days and I still cannot hear back or get anyone on the phone. I would like to be refunded if I do not received the service I paid for.

    I used Call on Doc to get medication for a sinus infection on January 1st. They have a two hour turnaround but because they said were experiencing busier than normal numbers, I understood. But hours then days went by. Ive messaged customer service numerous times about canceling and receiving a refund and Im still receiving the same stock message other than theyve received my request and forwarding to their team. Its been over 24 hours since the last message and still have not been notified of my refund.

    I used Callondoc for RX refill service yesterday 1/5/25 at 1PM PST. Their website stated 15 min turnaround time for RX refill and could be up to 2hrs response time. It's been 27hrs and they have not processed my visit and my RX refill has not been sent to my pharmacy. Yesterday and today I sent 3 messages on their patient portal website and they have not replied. At 8AM PST this morning on 1/6/25 I sent email to ********************** requiring my visit be processed and RX refill be sent to my pharmacy and there has been no reply. I paid $55 for RX refill transaction number ************ on 1/5/25 and was provided with the receipt.
