    ABSOLUTE WORST INTERNET COMPANY EVER !!!Unable to contact **************** with the number they provide, you call and it puts you into a loop and unable to reach a representative. After 3 missed installation appointments on their part and unable to reschedule thank God Race came to our door and we had a totally different story with Race. They showed up the day after we signed up and did the necessary work for the installation, had to call **************** and within mere minutes the call went straight through to a live person who was very courteous and helpful. Do yourself a huge favor and go with ANY OTHER company than Frontier.

    Absolutely the WORST company I have EVER had to deal with. I've had 4 confirmed appointments with no shows or communicating. One appointment was scheduled, we'll be there between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm...UNBELIEVABLE and then NO SHOW. Total incompetence when you try to call. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. So they blame it on the subs. First appointment was over a month ago, and still no tech.

    Same story review after review turned service off with a balance of 150 dollars charged me a 50 dollar restocking fee was told i would receive my 100 dollar balance refund in 2 to 3 weeks 5 months 5 calls later still havent received money run around after run around every time I call tried to charge me 400 dollars for 2 boxes and a internet box that they would not take back had to write the *** to get that fixed. Real thieves awful service

    I am a military service member and received orders for a Permanent Change of Station from Ft. *****, ** and I cancelled my internet service with Frontier, requesting a termination date of 5 June. They turned off the internet promptly at 10pm on 4 June, however, on 26 June, Frontier billed us for a billing period of 2 June - 1 July using our automatic payment method online. They said that they do not prorate service charges, so if you go even one day into the service period, they will charge you for the entire period. I was not notified of this policy in advance and it does not seem right, especially since I need to get and pay for new service at my new duty station for that same period. It seems like this information should be required to be shared when cancelling service - I would have cancelled my internet two days earlier. Don't support businesses that exploit military service members through deceptive business practices.

    I was told my service would only $50 they're charging me $62 and I can't get logged into the app. But I can't get ahold of ANYONE BY PHONE! ***** NUMBERS THEY HAVE AND NONE OF THEM WORK! IMA DUMP IT IN THE ******

    Being charged to return equipment is ridiculous. Frontier raises prices whenever they want, but when they mess up, they leave you hanging unless you chase them down. If I hadnt called, they wouldnt have even noticed or cared. And to top it off, when you finally try to cancel, suddenly they have 'special deals'where was that energy before? What takes every other company a simple click turns into a full-blown runaround with them. Its greedy, frustrating, and just bad business.

    We have been with them for over 40 years and now we have had nothing but trouble. Outages continually. They fix for maybe a week and our latest issue is NOT fixed but they show our tickets as completed. My husband has a business and that is our advertised number. I am sooooo frustrated. They DO NOT deserve ANY STARS!!!!

    Frontier is a scam plain and simple. Terrible internet service, even harder to get in contact with them. If you have an issue expect long wait times with being disconnected on, and a team that just gives you the round about without fully understanding your issues or willing to work to a solution. We’ve had frontier since 2020 and we finally got sick of constantly having to call for billing disputes and waste hours on multiple days to resolve issues. When we cancelled we were charged twice for equipment restocking fees as well as a disconnection fee, as well as a technician fee that we never had a tech out. Neither were mentioned in the tos (amended in 2023 after a class action, but does not mention equipment fee, or legally apply to customers before date) which should have been in agreement before service began. They argued that it’s legally binding and they inform you upon cancellation. There have been class action lawsuits for this against them in other states (CA), and I hope becomes a class action here as well. They are a shady company.

    If I could leave a zero star I would. Frontier Communications is the worst business I've ever had. Their services and equipment is worthless. All they do is rip off the customers. Their wifi rarely work and they have the nerve to charge outrageous prices for their substandard servies. Do not use them for wifi or phone service.
