    Sunshine Sunrooms, did a patio cover for me and did an excellent job on the Patio cover and get compliments on it all the time. Guess some people just like to bitch!

    We had a large custom solarium window that needed to be replaced as part of a bedroom and bathroom remodel. I asked for a quote from Sunshine Sunrooms. *********************** the General Manager and ********************* the Project Manager came to my house, reviewed project, and said they could absolutely handle the job. ***** talked about how great their customer service was, how well they communicated, how I would be kept informed every step of the way, and how smooth the process would be. Even though ***** was more like a used car salesman than a contractor, I decided to go with them because I thought they had expertise in this area. Unfortunately, none of what they promised from a customer service, communication, or timeliness of the process ever materialized. I was the one who had to constantly follow up for updates on the build, delivery, and installation of the product. Throughout that process, I was given misinformation about when shipments would arrive, the completeness of shipments, and when installation could occur. I was told that all parts had arrived only to find out after the fact key pieces were missing because they didn't inventory their shipments. I was told installers would start on a certain day only to be told the original installer refused to do the project. This delayed our overall remodel for weeks because this window had to be installed before the bathroom was completed. This left us trying to get by with limited bathroom facilities and sleeping areas. Throughout all of this, even though *********************** admitted he knew what was going on, he never reached out to apologize or offer to help rectify the situation. The only other time I heard from ***** was when he called me to threaten me with legal action on my property because I asked them for some consideration in the overall fees due to the inconvenience they put my family through.Stay as far away from this company as you can.

    Had a full downstairs remodel at my parents' house ( bathroom, flooring, kitchen, cabinets, wall breakthrough, and painting). The job was done so beautifully and professionally. This company is top-notch. Highly recommend.

    We purchased a patio cover through this company. We had issues with the order, change in salesman, but worked through those. When it came time to install the cover we started to have issues. The qualify of work was lacking, workers would show up at 10am and leave at 3pm, and the moaning and groaning from them was over the top. For the price we paid I was expecting a better quality patio cover. RV roof tape to hold the panels together, 4 x 4 posts instead of 6 x 6 posts for stability, caulking doesn't match, cement work is horrible and no post base covers for the ones on our deck. Now we have gaps in the deck where the posts are. Be cautious if you purchase a patio cover from this company.

    1rst.THE *** WAS PERMITTED AND PASSED ALL BUILDING INSPECTIONS.WHEN I WENT OUT TO INSPECT THE *** THE CUSTOMER STATED THAT HIS WIFE WANTED IT LOWERED,AND I TOLD HIM THAT THE ENTIRE COVER WOULD HAVE TO BE TAKEN APART AND REBUILT IN ORDER TO DO THAT,AND PROVIDED HIM W A PRICE TO DO THAT.THE CUSTOMER IS THE ONE THAT REQUESTED THE COVER TO BE BUILT AT 12 FT TALL.THE CUSTOMER THEN STATED THAT THE OTHER COMPANY THEY HAD CONSIDERED WAS GOING TO USE 6X6 POSTS WE USED 4X4 EXTRUDED ALUMINUM POSTS.4X4 ALUMINUM POSTS ARE STONGER THAN 6X6 WOOD POSTS WHICH HAVE A TENDANCY TO SNAP INSTEAD OF FLEX AS THE ALUMINUM DOES.AFTER I RECEIVED THE BBB REPORT I HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER,TEXTED AND EMAILED THEM AND TOLD THEM WE WOULD DO WHATEVER THEY WANT US TO DO TO MAKE THEM HAPPY.I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE TO ANY OF MY ATTEMPS TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION
