            I purchased a day pass on 3/18 for $50.00 and while I was only there for about 30-45 minutes, I received an emergency phone call from my father and had to turn in my uniform and leave. I was extremely upset about the situation and would like a refund. They informed me they could not help me do anything. I want a refund since I barely used the facilities and had to leave abruptly.

            I visited king spa this evening on august 21. upon leaving at 1130 pm, your security personnel yelled at us to move away from the door, as we were waiting on our ride. I apologized then explained to your personnel that there was no need for them to yell at us and be rude. Your personnel proceeded to berate us in an unprofessional manner and even used terminology such as don't start none, there will be none. and further told us that he can yell at us because we needed to use our common sense and step away from the door. I have never been spoken to in this manner from an individual in a professional setting ever. I would like to pursue this matter to the fullest extent and plan to place a complaint with the DPS as well. Your front office staff witnessed the entire exchange and didn't even offer an apology or interjected on our behalf while your security personnel humiliated us and yelled at us.
