              I ordered a chefs salad from my local McAllisters Deli which would be at Trinity and ********** in *******,** on 8/8/2023. Per picture from menu and a previous order I had made, the salad looked roughly like it was pictured. I ordered again and mostly the salad was lettuce, croutons a small amount of tomatoes and cucumbers. I had to dig for the meat which was almost nonexistent. I called the store and the manager wanted to say the salad was weighed and I could bring it back and they could take off some of the lettuce, but it will still be the same. She then proceeded to blame new employees when I stated the last salad I received was more inline with my expectations.Now, I door dashed as I have COVID. The cost of the salad plus delivery fee and tip was $23.25. Way too much to spend on a bag of lettuce. The manager was unhelpful and did not address my concerns. I have attached a photo of what I ordered versus what was delivered.

              My husband had went by both McAlister's locations in Amarillo Texas just to find out that McAlister's is not taking orders which makes no sense! you are a restaurant, what kind of restaurant doesn't take orders? When I called McAlister's I was told they were not doing call in orders only walk ins. So what kind of restaurant doesn't take orders and turns away a paying customer? I will never go back to McAlister's we will only be doing jason's deli for now on.
