1 starFirst and last time, total disappointment. I'm still here at the table, and I have time to wait to be served. I've called more than 3 times to be served. I had to order the meats. I've invited family and friends and it's been a total waste of time. I was more concerned about being served than enjoying the dinner, so as not to embarrass my guests, and it was for nothing. I'm leaving disappointed. I DID NOT ENJOY ANYTHING. Looking forward to eating, enjoying the moment, and the empty plates, waiting and waiting, and no one serves me. I'm paying, and embarrassment is what I feel having to call to be served. I came to enjoy myself with my family and it was a failure. After 30 minutes of ordering, the ribs arrived, just a thin cut. They wouldn't let me have another one when I was supposed to order the meat option, and the plate was empty. This is a total scam. I'm so disappointed...The tables were completely close together. More than a high-end restaurant for family enjoyment, it looked more like a student cafeteria. The chairs were so tight, it was impossible even to walk.Please, please check what you're publishing. Nothing I saw in the ads and photos corresponds to the reality I saw. I can't understand why this service has a 4.7 rating on *******The only reason I didn't get up from the table and leave was because I had already consumed "water and a slice of papaya and another of pineapple." God, what a disappointment! What a hopelessness to go out and have a "nice time" and leave disappointed.Fogo ******* at ************ is a total disaster I'm not lying. If you'd like to verify what I'm saying, invite your family and friends to try it out as customers. 1 starTerrible service. Service was slow, waiting for servers to come back to table each time. Overly rare meat so much blood plate was dripping. Asked for well done meats but never came back with them. Reached out to restaurant with review. Manger returned my call and said she reviewed the video and basically said everything I complained out was untrue. She was very rude and condescending. I asked her if she was calling me a liar and she said did you ever bring it to my attention while at the restaurant . We brought it to our serves attention. Maybe they should have listened. BEWARE they will give you poor service and not care how or what you request. Will not accept any responsibility.Review fromjames b

1 starI ordered from the website a ****** gift card for a lady I work with. For her birthday so she could take her family to dinner. Card shipped US MAIL on June 6th. Today is the 14th and no card. When you call the Gift Card customer service number you are routed to a call center in a different country. And they can supply you with almost ZERO information. And the information they do supply is a total lie. Average ship time US from anywhere to anywhere is 2.5 days. She said weekends do not count. LIE. mail does move on Saturdays. When I requested a US number to call. She told me to call back another time and they would transfer my call to the **. My thought is this. The customer service is not close to being on par with the amount you pay for dinner. I ask to cancel. She said she would issue a request for a refund. I will be very generous and wait one more day. 1 starMy dining experience had its *** and downs, and I want to share the details in this review.Firstly, I want to commend ****** and ****** for their outstanding service. They truly elevated our dining experience with their attentiveness and professionalism.Unfortunately, not all staff members lived up to the same standard. Some servers seemed disinterested and skipped our table, and our interaction with ***** was particularly disappointing due to his negative attitude. Additionally, the food, which Fogo ****** is known for, fell short of expectations. The burnt banana and poorly cooked chop were unexpected letdowns.For my first-time visitors, their impression of Fogo ****** was less than stellar. The state of the bathrooms further emphasized this disappointment, as they were not clean and lacked basic amenities like paper towels. 1 starATTENTION TO ALL - DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT - THEY WILL MESS YOUR ORDER UP AND NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY Store - ***** ** Manager - **** First off - this is the worst Fogo I have ever been to. The manager (****) should be fired immediately for showing a lack of respect to customers.Background I placed a delivery order for the following items on ****. When the order came to my house, the chicken was missing, and they only gave me 3 very small slices of steak (for 1 lb of food). I drove to the store myself to resolve this issue personally (even after paying for delivery).I calmly requested to speak with the manager. I was told this individual was ********** explained my situation, and he told me that it was the deliverer's fault and not the restaurant's fault and that the chicken was still sitting there on the counter. I asked how this is my fault and he did not give me any response. No apologies and no emotion except to make me feel like it was my fault that this happened.I asked how he was going to make this right and he was extremely rude with me. In his defense, he did go back to replace my order with a fresh chicken and steak but did not show any signs of apology. When I confronted him about giving me some sort of goodwill or gesture for my ruining my dinner with my family, he immediately declined like I was an imbecile and gave me the "How dare you to ask me...look!"I would also like to note for the record that this has happened to me a second time in two consecutive orders. I tried to be very calm about things but 2 out of 2 botched orders is clearly a problem with the delivery system and no apology shows a complete lack of accountability. There is also a lack of quality control on the food sent out. The portions the first time were completely different than this time. I understand that accidents happen, but this is completely unacceptable to speak so rudely to your customers especially for a "prestigious" organization such as Fogo.Review fromTheresa W

1 starI recently visited ******************* on 01/072024 to celebrate my mother's birthday with a party of 10, only to be disappointed as well as some of the other guests in the party. Decisions made on the food we wanted, only to wait over an hour for it. Once food arrived, I noticed the veggies were salty, and so did others. I mentioned it to the waiter/manager and another portion was brought out, still salty. I asked the manager the reason why the food was salty and she indicated they use "rock salt". I made a suggestion that adding salt was not a good idea as some people may have health issues which the salt would trigger. My party and I continued our visit and I finally asked for the bill and discount, only to receive the bill. All of this is okay, but I will never visit the restaurant again. After leaving and mentioning my experience it was suggested by others to avoid ******************* and go elsewhere, which is the plan.Review fromJose F

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent dining experience at your establishment, Fogo *******.On 11/11/2023 my party and I visited your restaurant with great anticipation, as we were celebrating a special occasion and treating a veteran friend. Unfortunately, our evening was marred by poor service and a lackluster experience.To begin with, our servers only brought out two meats during the entire course of our meal, which was a significant deviation from the full and varied experience we were expecting from Fogo *******. This was particularly disheartening, as we were looking forward to savoring a diverse selection of your renowned offerings.Moreover, the situation was exacerbated by the conduct of the manager, *******************. I regret to inform you that ************** provided the worst customer service we have ever encountered. 1 starI attended *********************************************** to enjoy Veterans Day on Saturday November 11th, 2023. The experience was the absolute worse. Altho I was able to serve myself from the salad bar I wasnt able to enjoy the full experience because the servers continuously bypassed my table for meat offerings. They seemingly gave all the attention to tables around me. It was a horrible experience as Fogo ******* is one of my preferred restaurants for special occasions. To make matters worse, I went at noon so only half the restaurant was full so there is no excuse for too many customers as there were plenty of servers.I asked to speak to a manger and was eventually told that the managers are busy cooking.I simply asked for the check and paid for food that I never got an opportunity to eat or enjoy.Review fromMatt M

1 starI visited your ********** ** location last evening with a 7:30 reservation. This was our first visit ever to Fogo *******. We make online reservations with for your promotion for a $39 Best of ****** meal. When we arrived, we checked in with your host and he confirmed the $39 Best of **************** for me and we were seated. Our first of many servers explained the green/red card to us and instructed us to help ourselves to the buffet. We had an enjoyable time. When the bill came, I was shocked to see that we were being charged $143.38 for two meals and two sodas. This is bait and switch. Per the instruction in your promotion, I was to add $39 Best of ****** to the reservations notes, which I did. Out of curiosity, I searched Fogo ******* scam and I now see all the negative reviews on your promotion, and it must be a regular tactic of Fogo ******* to mislead customers with this promotion and then over-charge them. This is appalling.
