      Subject: Immediate Resolution Demanded Unpaid Claim for ****** ***** (Claim #**********)Dear LeaseLock Claims Department,I am writing to formally address the unresolved status of the claim for ****** *****, Claim #**********. Despite my full cooperation and submission of all requested documentation, LeaseLock has refused to move forward with paying this covered claim. The claim remains unpaid, and its status continues to show as "Temporarily Closed" with no payment details provided.All documents requested by your company have been submitted, & I have reattached them again for your convenience and further review. These include:Final Account Statement: If additional clarification is needed, please specify exactly what you mean by Final Account. All documentation was provided earlier.Official Renter Move-Out Date: There is no traditional move-out statement b/c the tenant was ordered by the court to vacate the property. I have already provided a court order, which should serve as the official documentation for *********** is important to note:The Final Account Statement has been submitted. If further clarification is needed, I expect specific, detailed instructions rather than vague or shifting requirements.Repeated attempts to contact your team by phone have been unsuccessful. None of the numbers provided ******************************* allow access to a live representative. Due to these ongoing issues, I have contacted the Bureau of Insurance, who has agreed to reach out to LeaseLock directly to resolve this ********* this point, LeaseLocks failure to process and pay this claim constitutes bad faith handling. I am demanding immediate resolution and full payment.Please issue all claim payments to:******************************************************* I expect a prompt and detailed response outlining the final steps for claim payment. Continued inaction will leave me no choice but to pursue further remedies through regulatory authorities.
