    Evergreen live is a horrible property management company. I asked twice to have the ice maker fixed in my fridge, someone was sent out. He did not fix anything. I reached out letting them know that it wasnt fixed with no response. At move out I was hit with $1,300 in bogus charges. They charged me $100 to weed the place. I moved two streets over and it has never been weeded. $325 in paint damages to walls that were painted in flat paint originally and they touched it up in semi-gloss so it looked like s*** when I moved in. $60 for stained toilet seats that looked new. $50 for a missing smoke detector that was sitting on the kitchen counter. A back window that was frosted when I moved in. A dirty HVAC filter that was replaced a month prior with a 6 month filter. $200 for carpet cleaning for stained carpets that were worn and stained when I moved in. There was The heavy traffic areas were completely ragged. $85 for blind damage with no proof of damage. They removed the smoke detector, frosted glass, and HVAC filter which leads me to believe the rest of the charges are bogus. The pictures provided show nothing regarding it being fixed or damaged. Every claim they made was erroneous and no one met with me to go over said damages and charges at the location.

    Please know that we only assess move-out charges for items that are clearly documented with photos and that we have actually repaired or replaced before the home is re-rented. We aim to be transparent in this process and provide detailed move-out instructions in advance, so residents understand their responsibilities and have the opportunity to avoid charges.

    We are currently reviewing the maintenance history related to your ice maker request, as well as all documentation and photos related to your move-out. If we find that anything was charged in error or not properly supported, we will make it right.

    We truly value your feedback, and were committed to resolving this promptly and fairly. A member of our team will be reaching out directly to discuss your concerns.

    Evergreen is great to work with. Ms.Crystal help me all the way through, She gave me updates, answered all my questions. When I moved in the company was very helpful, got everything fixed that needed to be fixed. The whole staff is great. Thank you Evergreen!!
