I have been looking for puppies online and found a website that seemed to be good and have a puppy I wanted . I sent an email they responded quickly and said the dog was available and I can get her . I would have to send a deposit and then send the other half when I wanted the dog to be shipped . They sent emails to give me a email to ***** them the money and I asked questions about the dog and pictures which they sent so I felt it was ok at time to send the deposit. I did then a few days later wanted to know when I was sending the other payment and that's when it got suspicious. The emailed me and then texted me saying to check my email and will send an email with information to send the money . They claim they are family breeder and located in Colorado but the number they messaged me from was from Virginia. I asked more questions since now they email where they want me to send to is different from the first and said they have a limit to what they can receive which was weird. The email I put for ***** said it was as not registered so then they sent a different email that's when I decided to call the number and heard the voice of someone that is not from this country trying to push me to send the remaining balance so they can ship the dog . I asked for flight info and said they don't have it till I paid in full so I ask for my money back and claimed I'll get it in 30 days and their protocol is that . I asked if this is a family business you can just send my money back they quickly changed subject to me just paying so they can send me the dog . I kept asking for my money back and kept getting the run around and since the English was off it was hard to understand . I just want my deposit back of 400 dollars that was from this company. *************************************
