    Order #***** 12/6/2022- Ordered 3 jerseys for $128.94 12/12/0222- I emailed the customer service through their website asking what the projected shipping timeframe would be (no phone number or anything but a form you can fill out)12/13/2022- ***** from customer support emailed me back saying my order was processed and already shipped- allow ***** days for delivery 12/13/2022- I emailed ***** back asking for tracking if they actually shipped it out 12/16/2022- emailed again & filled out online form asking for tracking number 12/19/2022- emailed again & filled out online form asking for tracking number 12/19/2022- ***** emailed me back with a tracking number (Bogus number) through **** that only says "no tracking available, **** awaiting for package" and to wait ***** days for it to update and show up I have emailed & filled out the form every.single.day since Jan 1st since then asking for updated tracking or a refund with no responses back on any of them. I would like to be refunded my $128.94 that this company STOLE with no thought of ever fulfilling it. We are way past the ***** day window with no updates and cutoff communication.

    I ordered a ************************* youth jersey on Nov 14. I was charged $39.98 to my card. I received a confirmation email, but that is it. I have not received any tracking info or the package. The "business" has no phone number or address. I sent them an email asking for any information on my order on Dec 3 and have not received a response. I was told my item would ship in 72 hours. My order number is *****. I would like either a full refund or to receive tracking information from the company and to actually receive my order. This is supposed to be a Christmas present.
